Chapter 5: London Rain
London in May wasn’t bad at all, as it turned out. The city hummed with life, as it always did, and Troy happily let Adrian drag him wherever he wanted to go. One afternoon it was the Tate museum, where they spent hours wandering the art, Adrian as always with his sketchbook close at hand. Another day was spent at the British Museum, where they could both indulge their love of history. They may have been playing up their roles as tourists to the hilt, but there was a reason these places were so popular and known the world over. Besides, they weren’t going near Paris (at least not on this trip, though Troy was already privately wondering if he could find a way to take Adrian there for their anniversary), so it was good to spend time in a capital.
