Chapter 16: The Mask Slips 2 Victor's eyes gleamed with excitement as he began to monologue. "You see, Prisca, I've been planning this for years. And now, with Luna's help, I'll finally get what I want." Prisca struggled against Luna's grip, but it was no use. She was trapped. "What do you want, Victor?" she spat. Victor chuckled. "Oh, I think you know. I want the company, I want the fortune... and I want revenge." Dynamite and Alex were still frozen in place, unable to move or speak. Victor began to pace back and forth, his eyes fixed on Prisca. "You see, Prisca, you ruined my life. You took everything from me. And now, it's my turn to take everything from you." Luna's grip tightened, and Prisca felt a surge of fear. But then, something unexpected happened. Luna's eyes flickered, and for a moment, Prisca saw a glimmer of recognition. "Luna, fight it!" Prisca whispered. And to her surprise, Luna's grip loosened, just a little. Victor's eyes narrowed. "What's going on?" But before he could react, Luna's eyes flashed with determination, and she spoke in a voice that was barely audible. "I... won't... let... you..." Victor's face twisted with rage, and he raised his hand to strike Luna... But before Victor could strike Luna, Dynamite and Alex suddenly broke free from their frozen state. "Dynamite, grab Prisca!" Alex yelled. Dynamite didn't hesitate, grabbing Prisca and pulling her away from Luna's loosening grip. Victor's eyes widened in rage. "No! You can't stop me!" Luna, now fully freed from Victor's control, launched herself at him. "You're not going to hurt anyone else, Victor." The two of them crashed to the ground, wrestling for control. Prisca, still shaken, looked up at Dynamite. "What just happened?" Dynamite's eyes were fixed on the struggling pair. "I don't know, but we need to get out of here. Now." Alex nodded, already moving towards the door. "We have to get help. We can't take Victor down alone." As they made their escape, Prisca caught a glimpse of Luna, her eyes blazing with determination, pinning Victor to the ground. "Luna, come on!" Prisca yelled. But Luna didn't respond. She just kept her eyes fixed on Victor, a fierce grin spreading across her face. And then, everything went black.
