14 Talrun “Talrun,” Andrea said, leaning over a counter in the plant shop, “Something happened at work you should probably know about.” There was no one here; it was a lazy weekend morning. Many people were still sleeping in and the only ones up and about were those running errands or ferrying their children somewhere. “Yes?” I looked up at her from my work and smiled.
