I hold my breath as he opens his eyes wider. Then I watch his eyes closely as it turned into anger. He looks so angry I"m sure he would"ve beaten me if we were alone. He looks back at his brother, sister and Paige. At the moment, he knows we tricked him. I am so scared. The crowd keeps applauding. My mum looks
happy. I must say since dad died, it is today she has smiled genuinely. My in-laws are more than happy.
Paige moves closer to me."Please both of you stop this and kiss so we leave already. The crowd is
suspecting something is wrong. If he"s not making the move, kiss him and get over with. You have plenty of time for this."
I see Zach moving away from Acel or Alex, however he"s called. He moves toward me and holding my
head, he kisses me violently. I have to break the kiss because he was hurting me. We both stare into each other"s eyes. I am holding my tears back. And God help me, I want to beat the s**t out of him. I see his fist curling into his palms. Part of me is so happy and the other part is so scared. I can finally tell him, I love
him but I"m scared.

Paige and Esmeralda look sadly at me as I cry. If I had known he"ll be the man I"ll meet when I went away
to fool around, then I would"ve stayed. And besides why is he so angry? He also did same. I"m not really
feeling guilty because of what I did but because I lied to him when he asked if I"m getting married and
also...
"I want to speak to her. Can you two wait for us outside?"
Great!!! Here he comes, with an angry look.
"How dare you?!!!" He barked.

"How dare me? What are you talking about?"
"You were engaged and what did you do? You went away to sleep around. Don"t you know it"s an insult
to my ego?"
"I met you so it"s no big deal."
"You are shameless!!! You are a slut. You were engaged to me because you needed money. Then I asked you to stay with me, you told me no!!! What am i even saying? You disgust me. What if you hadn"t met
me?! You"ll be sleeping with other men. And you!!! When I asked you, you said you were a wedding
planner. God, I can"t believe this. I hate you!!!" He said with a frown.
To hell with the love I feel for him. I will never tell him. He"s talking as if...I"m so angry, I feel like slapping
him.
"What, am I the only one in this? You were also engaged to me and what did you do? You slept with the
first girl you met at the club. What if I didn"t go away? What if I hadn"t made that choice? It would"ve
been a different girl."
"I didn"t plan to go to the club to sleep with a random girl. If you are not aware, the hotel you slept in, is
owned by my family but Zach is in charge. He invited me because he wanted to discuss something about
the club."
"But you ended up with me right? What? Are you angry because I chose my fiancé and not the guy I
randomly picked?"
He looks more angry. And I am angry too. To hell with him!!
"Since we both hate each other, I think we have a long way to go. You have no right to blame me,because we are both in this. It is true it could"ve been someone else, but it didn"t happen that way."
"We are both not in this. I"m a man!!! You were a virgin, how dare you think you"d give it to a
stranger?"
"That is none of your business!!! You are a man, so you can sleep around? You are so wrong. There are so many men who don"t think same. You are shameless."
"Does your mother know the reason why you went away?"
Is he seriously going to blackmail me now? I will die if mum finds out. I only stare at him.
"I guess the answer is no!!! Huh!!! Let"s see what happens when I tell her about the daughter she thinks
she brought up well."
"Please," it almost came as a whisper. He then heads out. Paige and Esmeralda walk in again the moment he left.
"Sorry, we heard everything. Such a jerk. Sorry, he"s your brother but I feel like killing him right now!!!"
"Me too. He acts like a jerk sometimes but he"s good. He has just weird ways of expressing his feelings.
Right now he"s angry. Maybe not with you but himself."
"Who is Alex then?" I asked.
"Our dad. Why do you ask? Don"t worry, Paige told me everything. He used our dad"s name."
"That son of a...sorry, you are both from the same mother. Lol, he has no right to get angry. You are both
in this."
Zach enters and Paige"s heart skips. I hope everything is alright between them.
"You didn"t tell me."
"Neither did you." Zach shakes his head in agreement. I just wish I had a man like him. I can"t stand his
brother. Zach opens his arms as Paige moves into them. They look so perfect together. Now what? Is he going to tell my mum? His family? Is he going to divorce me?But we are both in this and if he divorces
me, he"ll lose his business contract. Besides, I have my money now.
