 Jared POV

I was restless last night. The thoughts of Alex being hurt by me, is still giving me a throbbing pain.

I thought while walking down the hallway, my thought was interrupted by my dad, didn't even notice him.

Son, you look like you haven't sleep for days?! is everything ok? my Dad pulled me to sit down to eat.

Now tell me, what's going on with that brain of yours. he said while handing me some orange juice.

I told him what happen at School yesterday, and the fact that I found my Mate and the complications I'm seeing with the situation. My Dad look at me like a lost child with so much compassion.

Dad... when mom pass away..... how did you cope with it? I said and look at him and I can see a brim of tears in his eyes with the mention if my mother.

There is no coping up, I guess it's just the getting use too part, I got use on her not being around me,

I eventually got use to the fact that I wont feel her warm and sweet embrace anymore.

But I have to be strong, I promise your Mother I would protect you with all of me. And I intend to keep that promise to her, so when the Moon Goddess lets me see your mom again I wont be ashamed to see her beautiful face and I can say to her, I get to raise you right, and such a great man.

Regardless of what your mate is, do not matter if she is a wolf or not, she is given to you by the Moon Goddess, if she is weak be her strength, if she is sad be her happiness. Embrace her as she is, don't let an unforeseen complications, complicates the situation. Don't let fear stop you from loving your mate. I might have lost your mother but her heart is always with me. And there is no time that I didn't wish that I can have more time with her.  Dad said and then he grab my shoulder and pulled me for a hug.

You are not my little boy anymore, you're 17 already, the Alpha of Blood Moon and now about to be mated.

I can't wait to meet her, son. Dad still have me in a hug, I tried pushing him away jokingly manner.

Dad I'm going to be late for school. I'm 17 remember hugging is so for kids. I said patting his back. We both started laughing after that. 

You are my son, and I don't care about the age, I will hug you as much as I want. he said before I started walking away to leave for school.

I love you, Dad. I added waving at him bye.

Alex POV

I don't remember what time I sleep, all I know is me and Daniel had a great time last night.

I'm excited to go to school even with certain situation that occurred, I only have a good 3 months for this school year to be done. At least I get to experience it while I can. I should have transferred earlier. I thought then I notice the time look at the time. 

I have to get ready! I don't want to be late and with my driving capability right now I would if I don't move. putting my hands in my hips, shaking my head from disbelief of my condition. 

I've got to move fast. I said out loud.

I put in a white tank top, a black faux jacket, a skinny jeans and my knee high red bottom boots. simple but stylish, I love it.

Now I really got to go. I said to myself. I run downstairs, pass by the dining hall when I saw everyone is having breakfast, my father called me and send me to an immediate stop.

Maria Alexandria Cambridge Romania!! my Dad called for me.

Ooohhhh no dad called my whole name, I thought. I stop and run to dad immediately, for him to call my name like that, means trouble. I reach him in .5 sec or at least that's how fast it feels like. 

Dad? Is all I can say, looking him batting my eyes. He look at me then look at my brother.

Do you have anything to tell me? he said in his Alpha voice.

I flinch on the volume of my dad's voice such power on his Alpha voice that it will send cold shivers on anyone's back.

Dad it was an accident, no harm done, I took care of it already. you don't have to worry yourself about it. Daniel said while looking at dad with a stern voice then look at me and wink.

What the f**k is that? I thought to myself, suspicious but I guess it work.

Is that right Alex? do I not need to worry about anything? Is my princess ok?! Dad said, he then touch my cast looking and nodding his head. TSK TSK TSK. is his words while looking back and forth to me and my cast.

That's what happens when your daughter is playing Jiu Jitsu with Daniel, the danger your kids inflict to each other, is giving me head aches sometimes. My mom added with her annoyed but sweet voice, while Cassandra is smiling and giggling towards me and Daniel.

Eat, your brother is taking you to school. It'll be hard for you to drive for now. My dad said prompting me to sit down. Yes I'll get to eat I'm hungry. I thought. I then look at Daniel and his giving me a sly look.

Jared POV

I felt better after talking to my dad, I got in the car when I felt Roxy a bit agitated, so I ask her if somethings wrong. she said it's just probably the cold settling in. it's almost winter and the wind is starting to cool down.

On the other hand Tony seems excited, an invitation came in last night about the Transfer of Alpha Power and Luna Ceremony for Crescent Moon Pack.

Ceremony is in 3 weeks time. Crescent pack is about 4 hours away from my pack.

their territory is huge. I'm not surprise since the family is wealthy, they have a school inside their territory for their pact members to attend. They're a very well known family, A powerful Pure Blood Alpha Maximus and A Princess of a Luna Isabella. I remember meeting seeing them when I had my Transfer of Power Ceremony last year. Such a nice couple, helpful and down to earth leaders, even with all the wealth they possess there is no trace of arrogance, but the Royal Guards that they had that night to accompany them

are legit, I mean it would be very annoying and inconvenient for their kids I bet.

I wouldn't want a shadow, following my every moves, watching ever step I make.

That's probably why Daniel went for college at the University, I heard he wanted to experience

a little normality, since once you become an Alpha everything revolves in the pact.

Fortunately for him, he meet his Mate there. Hence that's why Tony is excited, he said he might meet his mate there. Speaking of mate... I wonder how she is doing? I thought.

After about an hour drive, we got to school. We parked at the lot when a Heavy tinted Jeep pulled up, Right next to us. He then pull down the window and this guy just gave me a smirk.

What the f**k was that!! I said to Tony.

I got off the car, ready to confront the driver, feeling irritated by the the guy smirking at me and the way he 

arrogantly park right next to us, then suddenly I immediately got hit by her smell. That intoxicating smell of Vanilla Pine. She then got off the same Jeep I was about to talk too! 

I'm confuse what is going on? I said irritatingly.

why is she waving goodbye to that jeep? who is she with and why is she getting drop of my a wolf? a lot of question swirls in my head. When the jeep backed up to leave, he stop from his track and blow some kisses to Alex. "See you later lovebug." the guy said and I can see Alex smiling.

That just sent me to overdrive of jealousy. I heard myself growling, Jake wants to come out and just rip some wolf out. She then look at me like I'm such a bad guy, not sure if she's angry or sad. I felt pain when I saw her flinch, the feeling of disappointment and sadness from my mate. 

Tony interrupted my thought when he said. "Whatever plans you have to woo her, do it now bro, with that kind of beauty, I wont be surprise if someone else is trying to woo her." he said with no reservation.

Then it hits me, just be yourself, less aggressive, less possessive but more loving. I'm going to show her that, I'm not the Bad Boy everyone portrays me to be.

Alex POV

I feel like a kid again, my brother talking me to school, singing along the radio. I feel like today is a good day. It took Daniel an hour and 15mins to get to the school.

It only takes me 45mins pass the border and another 10mins to get to school, and it took you 1 hour and 15mins!! I stirringly said to Daniel.

Do you know that the normal travel time is 2 hours pass are border, and about 1 hour to get to your school after that. So if you don't want your car be taken away from you, I suggest you drive in normal speed sister! Daniel said giving me an evil grin.

Okay lovebug, we're here so I'll see you later. text me okay! Daniel said before I got off the Jeep, I look at Daniel from the front and wave him goodbye, then I notice Jared standing right next to the jeep, I saw my brother pulled down his window. Holy shishniz oohhh Daniel, please don't do anything, i whispered to myself. When I saw him back up, I felt relieved. He then stopped again and suddenly yell out. "See you later lovebug." I smiled at him and wave. Then I felt Jared looking at me, I flinched on the way he stares at me with his black eyes. I felt scared for a moment. I turned around and started walking to my First class Chemistry. 

SCHOOL BELL RING. ring ring ring 

Ugh great I got to move fast again, in this heels okay but with this cast in my wrist, this wont be easy, but then again there is nothing easy!!
