"Daddy? Why are you running? Is everything okay?" A small voice behind me made me turn around, and I was met with Nathaniel's wide, green eyes.
"Alpha Alexander, is everything okay? You look as if you have seen a ghost." Another voice chimed in, and I felt a wave of embarrassment wash over me. I recognized the voice immediately.
Did Laura made fun of me? Was she lying again?
