THE LOVE BITE

It was the year 2040, the world had gone dark and vampires had taken over the earth. It all started when they began to occupy high ranks and control the world order. Humans tried to fight back but were no match for their immortality and strength and half of the human’s population were wiped off. The other half lived in fear. Some humans went into hiding as they tried to escape the wrath of the undead. The humans found and captured were either used as slaves or fed on by the vampires. Some were kept as pets or mates. The worse part was it other humans who went out to hunt for other humans. These humans were known as breeders. They invaded hidden villages and settlements and captured as many human beings they could get their hands on before selling them off to the highest bidder. My name is Brea, I’m eighteen years old and I was captured by a group of breeders two weeks ago. My family and I were trying to cross the Silver lake to search for greener pastures. We heard there was a secure settlement for humans at the other side of the lake with lots of food and resources. We had journeyed for days and were about crossing when we were ambushed by a group of breeders. My parents fought so hard to protect us but were killed by Khoi, the leader of the breeders. My brother and I was separated and after that day, I have never seen him again. The breeders took me to a heta. A heta was a s*x house, or a brothel for vampires buy human pets or mates. I was kept in a cage and wasn’t fed for days because of my resistance and how hard I struggled. I had tried to escape a lot of times but was always caught and whipped. My bruises still hurt but I promised never to give up trying. I wasn’t going to let a vampire mate with me. I rather die than be a mate. “Get up,” Rida the head of the Seda, yelled at me as she whipped my back. I winced in pain as I felt the effect all over my body. I was stark naked and looked so thin. My pale skin was covered in bruises and my eyes was swollen from all the tears I’ve cried or hours I have stayed up planning my next escape. “We have a new master for you,” she said pulling my chains as she dragged me across the stony hard floor. “I’m not going anywhere,” I retaliated, my mouth dry from lack of water. Even though I was weak and tired, I was going to fight till my last breath. Wack!!! The whip fell on my body again, this time across my brea*ts. For a girl so slim, my brea*ts were big, round and firm. My nip*les were perky and stood erect. “That’s not for you to decide,” Rhida said, holding my cheek so tight, it hurt. “I’m going to get rid of you today, so you better be nice to the vampire or you will get more beatings this night,” “f**k you!!!” I screamed and spat on her. “How can you be so heartless, selling a human like you to these monsters, don’t you have any conscience?” I asked furiously. But Rhida answered my question with a hard slap across my face and a few whips on my back. “I’m your mistress and you don’t ask me questions,” she yelled before wiping me again. “Take her away!!” Rhida commanded the two guards standing beside her. The guards held my wrists tightly and dragged me into the bathing room. I had to bathe and get ready to meet my new buyer. I fought as a group of men held me down and sponged my body. Washing away the dirt and filth my body was covered in. Tears trickled down my face as I struggled and yelled for them to stop. I wasn’t going to look clean for any f*****g vampire. “No,” I kept on screaming as they washed and combed my hair. They dressed me in a black corset with matching lingerie before covering me up in a red slit dress that flowed down to the floor. I got so tired of fighting back that I just let them be. Opposite me was a large mirror and I watched how they beautified me from head to toe. They painted my nails, rubbed the best makeup and even sprayed the most expensive perfume and scents on my body. For the first time in my life I looked well dressed, beautiful and very attractive. The red dress hugged my body perfectly revealing my curves and the corset brought up my bo*bs making it form a perfect cleavage. My long brown hair was brushed back and flowed over my shoulders, stopping just below my tiny waist. My lashes were curled up, making my ocean blue eyes shine brightly. My buyer had to be very rich and important for them to waste much time on beautifying me. Not that I was ugly but there was a huge difference between the messy haired, whipped girl in the cage and the one sitting in front of the mirror now. “Let’s go,” the guards said raising me up as they led me down a dark hallway and into a large room. I guess Vampires really hated sunlight, no wonder they sent humans to do their dirty work of finding them slaves and mates. A tall man in black suit, stood behind a desk, he was facing the window and there were able-bodied men beside him. I knew who they were, ‘Sids’. Sids were body guards assigned to high rank vampires and would die protecting them. Rhida was also in the room. She smiled when she saw me and I felt like beating her up but the guards were holding me tightly. “She’s here,” Rhida said as she announced my presence. The guards forced me to kneel in front of the desk as the tall vampire slowly turned and walked towards me. I looked up to sneak a peek at him and my heart almost burst into flames. He was the most handsome man I had ever seen. He was gigantic and his jet-black hair was laid back in the sleekest way possible. He had a chiseled jaw, pointed nose and his eyes were dark and cold. His lips were bloody red and pursed, his shoulders broad. He tried to touch my cheek but I turned my face away. “Aren’t you a feisty girl?” he asked chuckling a bit. “Look at me,” he commanded but I didn’t bulge. No vampire would command me even if he looked like a demi-god. “Look at me Brea,” he commanded again, this time his tone was lower and his voice was gravy. It was so seductive and enticing that I had to look up. I had to get a good glance at him, at the monster that made my heartbeat faster and turned me on by just calling out my name. I was so drawn and trapped in his charms that I didn’t even fight back or struggle. He smiled and I could see his sharp fangs. His teeth was pearl white with no single stain or blemish. “How much does she cost?” He turned to Rhida and asked. “Half a million,” she replied bowing her head very low. Was I really priced that much?, I thought after hearing the price because the last time Rhida tried to sell me off for a few penny It was clear that Rhida was just taking advantage of the sexy vampire and the fact that I didn’t resist the transaction. The Vampire snapped his fingers and one of his guard handing Rhida a briefcase. She snatched it quickly and opened it, the grinned that formed on her face was enough for me to know that she had no regrets. I’m sure in her mind she was so happy she had finally gotten rid of me. After Rhida and her men left, The Sids carried me out of the heta to a waiting car. They gently shoved me in locked the car door and drove me off to a big mansion, where I awaited my master and his orders.
