Caspian informed me quietly as we stood side by side. “The man you have just seen is his half-brother. His name is Ronan.
He is the second son of the King who was born after his mother’s pass away. Shortly after her death, the current Queen was married to the King.
There were many rumors surrounding Ronan’s character since he was not as close to the throne as his older brother. The stories were told in hushed tones.
Two years prior, he was assigned to the borderlands. There was an official reason for his transfer, but the real cause was different.
