Chapter 12…Savage Death The people. They didn’t say anything, but only stood there looking at us. They were small and primitive and deep brown and some of them were dressed. But some weren’t. There were about two dozen of them. They were armed with crude spears and clubs, showing that they’d learned how to pound and stab.
