“Yes sir. What’s the status of Operation Hack?”
“We’re going to raid the compound tonight. My informant told me that the Sinaloa cartel uses this area to pack drugs into vans and cars. They also are lacing heroin with fentanyl.”
“Excellent. What about the leader. What’s his name?”
“José Obrador. He is known by his nickname, ‘El Mexicano.’”
“Yeah, that guy. Has he been spotted?”
“We’ve been tracking him for months. Our informant says that he will show up tonight to give orders to the cartel soldiers.”
“This is huge, Agent Gómez. We need to make this a smooth operation. We don’t want any screwups like what happened three months ago. We need to shut down the operation and nab Obrador. If all goes well, he will be on a plane to the Unit
