I Love You A Latte, Sweetie!

Today was a busy day for everyone. The days quickly passed. It is a weekend already and everyone can't wait to visit their favorite cafe which is trendy in the lips of everyone nowadays. The winter season will be entering their country's season soon, so this place is a must visted place where they can pay for a hot coffee drink—even tho there's still iced coffee on the menu and people who have a sweet tooth will surely buy their sweets such as freshly baked cookies and macarons. "Wow! brother's cafe became a hit already eh?" Zhao Jin tild himself im awe as he saw the amount of customers inside his brothers cafe. "Can I have a Choco Latte please?" A customer inquired at the guy at the counter. "Sure, please wait a moment, Miss!" The guy said as he smiled at the customer in front of him. The guy at the counter starts to prepare the customer's order who is still standing in front.  And while he was still preparing, a few customers went to the counter and they were forming a line already. "Where's the guy in here?" A customer asked with a creased brows. "He's still preparing my order. You guys should wait. It won't take long eh?" The customer in front answered as she looked at the co-customers' forming their line behind her. "Oh! H-here's your order, Miss! Just tell me if you need something more! That would cost 4 dollars! Thank you!" He said and gave the small tray to the customer where her coffee mug was placed. "What's your order?" "How about you, Sir?" "Then you?" "The guy at the back?" "Y'all wait for a moment please? Thank you!"  As the customer from earlier went out of the line, the next customers started to tell their orders quickly and he was smiling as he starts to prepare all their orders. He listed all the orders on a white paper that is on the counter where list of orders should be written and quickly made them one by one.The customer' were amazed by how he managed to take care of all the tasks alone, maintaining his good poisture, sweet smile and pleasing attitude towards them. Multi-tasking seems no that hard if you will look at what he is doing. "Thank you everyone!" He said and smiled and he finally gave the last order to the last person on the line while the others were seating and enjoing their orders already at their chosen spots. While he was busy stretching his neck sideways, the door opened and two kids approached him quickly. "Mister, I want a cookie!" "I want a candy!" The kid turned her head to the guy beside her which is taller than her and said, "Hey! They don't have that here! You pigeon!" "Hey! I told you already! I'm not a pigeon!!!" "Hahahaha ble! Pigeon! Pigeon!" The girl kid teased as she sticked her tongued out towards the other kid. The guy at the counter was chuckling as he listened and watched the two kids in front. He slowly lowered himself so he can comfortable talked to them. "Hahaha! He is not a pigeon. He is like a puppy, cause he is cute!" He uttered and the guy kid whined as he heard those words. "That's not true, Mister! I am not a puppy or any kind of animal! I—I am just good looking! Hmp!" He bragged as he pouted his lips. "Hahahaha! Let's just say that you are good looking and sometimes you are cute! So ... it is the cookies that you guys want, right?" He tried himself to broke of the topic since the conversation were catchung some of the customer's attention already. "Those kids are cute hahaha!" "The guy seems kind! Look how he is talking to the kids!" "You are right!" "Oh sorry, Mister! We took too much of your time already!" ,  the girl kid apologized as she pout her lips then she glared at her brother standing beside her, with lips pouting also, "You pigeon—I mean, my good looking brother but sometimes cute, say sorry to Mister! And let's just buy cookies and eat it together at home!"  The Mister was still smiling as he starts to prepare the cookies for the two kids. He wrapped a set of cookies inside a brown box which can hold a dozen piece inside and he also prepares a smiley sticker which is inside the cabinet underneath the counter's table. Then, he puts it on top of the brown box amd presented it at the kids. "Ah... Sorry, Mister! We don't have a money.." The guy kid muttered as he looks down at the floor. "Sorry, Mister!" The girl kid apologized as both of them brought out their coin purse but all that is left there was a paper with a "my brother is a pigeon, he can fly on the bed and then he will woke up after, crying hahaha!" written on it but it was crumpled. The guy tuned out not to be bothered at the statement od the kids. As he smiled again at them with both of his eyes starting to curve too, he lend them the brown box without hesitation. "Don't worry, kids! It's fine! That's the last set of cookies that I had baked just an hour ago so I will give it to you for free and I will start to bake a new set later!" He expressed politely and the kids accepted it although they were being shy at the guy. "Waaaah! Thank you, Mister! You're so kind! We'll surely pay and buy here next time!!! Hihi!" The kids were so happy as they get the box from his hands and the guy kid even jumped a little. "Wow! The guy is so amazing!" A customer utterer and she was smiling at the two kids. "No wonder why the customers visits this place everyday!" The other one said as she took a sip at her coffee. "Thank you again, Mister!" The kids shouted as they excitedly waved their hands at the guy and started to ran off the cafe. "Bye!" The guy said and waved his hand too at them with smile on his lips. "I never knew that my brother will be that kind guy, eh? Hahahaha!"  *** "Hey, Zhao Jin-ah!" Zhao Jin was about to exit the cafe that he had been staying for about an hour already, when the guy at the cashier's counter, who's wearing a white long sleeves, a navy blue apron on top of it and a name tag on it, had suddenly loudly called his name. Zhao Jin had quickly turned to see that guy with a smile forming on his face. Waving his right hand for a few seconds, he went back while shutting the exit glass door that he was holding on to approach the guy at the cashier's counter who called him. "Zhao Feng-bro! Why? I was about to leave but I heard you called my name." Zhao Jin had asked, now with a questioning look that was plastered on his face. The man named Zhao Feng, who's face turned serious when Zhao Jin had finally approached him, asked, "Can you do me a favor?" Still having that questioning look on his face, Zhao Jin had asked again, "Uhm sure! But, what is it bro?" There was a hint of shyness at Zhao Feng's face as he started to slightly scratched the back of his head. "I'm about to graduate. I will be busy later on so I want you to manage my cafe while I'm not around. Can I trust you with my business?" The guy named Zhao Feng had asked Zhao Jin when he was finally able to come up with his words. "Can you be the temporary manager of 2.Z Hao?" "Err...W-what? Why me? You can ask that favor to someone else to manage your—" Zhao Jin was taken aback when Zhao Feng cut off his words. "Why? Can't you do it? Are you busy too? Can't you do your brother a favor or a help rather?" Zhao Feng had asked straightforwardly with a hint of disappoinment in his tone. "No.... I'm not busy...I just think that I am not suitable for it—" He was immediately cut off again by his brother, Zhao Feng. "That's the reason why I am asking you to do me a favor. You already know how to make and prepare my products here, right? I had thought you all of that when I am starting this business before. Besides, no one can resist to buy at my place if they will see such face here! Haha!" Zhao Feng had exclaimed as he chuckled with his last words. Zhao Jin didn't bother to answer him, but instead just gave his brother a teasingly smirk. "And...I don't want to involve yourself into fights anymore. It's nice to have brothers to count on, but know your limits, Zhao Jin. Have time to self reflect after what happened just a few months ago. As my token of gratitude, I can help you to finally find the love of your life! But only if you will accept my favor to you, brother Zhao Jin!" Zhao Feng said as he seriously warned his brother then made a joke which made just only him to laughed at it. Zhao Jin and his friends got all involved in a gang fight on a park just a few months ago. They were all suspended for two months! They are still lucky that the university director changed his mind to expelled all of them! And while Zhao Jin is still not allowed to attend classes at their university, he was visiting his brother's cafe everyday. Ordering a cup of freshly made hot latte and a sweet set of cookies as he was boringly watching every customers who went in and out at the cafe. • • • • • "Can I have a two pieces of creamy dalgona and a slice of strawberry shortcake? Thank you! Just gave my orders at my table, I am waiting for someone!" "Sure, no problem!" *** Three days later, after he had said yes to his brother's favor, who is now had been very busy for his upcoming college graduation, Zhao Jin went early at the cafe while wearing the uniform that his brother had lend him days ago. Some students had recognized him and were asking how he had been for the past days and some were just ordering their favorite menu at the cafe while enjoying the ambiance of this comfy place. There were a lot of regular customers who were there already like how usual it was and some of them will even say hi to him as they were already familiar with Zhao Jin being the temporary manager. The cafe was just a street away from their university so it is a famous place to go since it was the nearest cafe around the corner and the products here are well prepared and served, and was really very affordable! And even the real manager Zhao Feng, is indeed a good looking person who seems to be sent by the gods above! Well... No one can also deny the fact that the temporary manager is also a heaven-sent being! With his pale skin and the always reddish lips as if he is putting lipstick on it, he looks like an angel in the eyes of students who visits 2. Z Hao cafe! But sadly, his halo and wings were missing haha! Zhao Jin himself was still worried that he won't do good in running his brother's business, but he surely trust himself that having a handsome, good looking, almost perfect temporary manager, everyone who sees him will surely halt outside the cafe and will order immediately at him! But wasn't he so full of himself eh? "I told you! The owner of this cafe is so handsome!!!" A student was giggling as she went together with her friends inside 2.Z Hao. Their gaze were directly at Zhao Jin but he isn't giving them a look as he was busy scrolling on to his phone. "I'll be ordering us some cookies!" The girl was still standing as her friends already took a sit at their chosen table near the counter. "Don't just order! Ask him his phone number hahaha!" The girl friend's snorted and they all went giggling at their place. "No! I won't do that! It's shameful and I don't want him to hate me! Instead, we're going to stop by at this place everyday during our dismissal hahaha!" "Yeah! She is right! He might think that we are creepy!" "But isn't that stalking already?"   "No! It is not! We're not going to follow him around ah! We are going to visit him here everyday hahahaha!"   "Well whatever!" "Shut your mouths! I'll be ordering now err!!" The girl had heavily stomped her feet and quickly went to the counter.
