Chapter twenty three: Fall, stars of thunder

582 Words
Yohanna Caster, incredulously, managed to block the attack that the Silver—which he doesn't knew if a clone or not—had given towards her. The pink, fluffy cloud she casted in order to block its burning whip was suddenly set into a blazing with fire. The whip he was using was surprisingly similar and completely a copy of the Silver's whip, if that man was just an impostor. It is not the time for her to think whether whom she was fighting was the real Silver or not. What she have to do is to survive. She commanded to evaporate the pink fluff of clouds that was now burning at her front. Soon as she did it, however, the Silver she was fighting had surprised her with his attack. He was smiling as he entered the now melting cloud. His whip was wielded in a preparation of slashing posture as he drifted towards her. Yohanna felt terrified. It wasn't an excuse however for her to die. She might have screamed and started to feel the hardening of the feet in her muscle, yet, she swung her staff upward. Another giant, sharp tipped, hardened cloud had emerged from the ground. Silver was reflexive. Despite the inability to control the wind or the gravitation, he managed to move in a fast, reflexive manner, making him to easily avoid Yohanna's attack. Yohanna saw how he gracefully landed on one of the boulders from the ruined marbles of the battle stage. He then moved his arm backward, following is the burning whip on his hand. Yohanna knew what will happen next. Yet she wasn't dedicated anymore to the feeling of being a loser and an afraid, dependent woman. She summoned a clump of concentrated pink cloud near her chest. The whip of Silver, on the other side, gained its potential force as he moved it towards his back with a purposed applied force. “Skill: amphibious fire!” The Silver casted. The pink cloud in her chest started to produce a bright light, flickering, showing signs of interrupted fire. “Skill: Thunder Equinox!” The once pink cloud perfectly sitting on her chest, had suddenly turned violent. The pink cloud released a sudden power—thunderous roar—zapping incredibly speed towards the attacking whip of Silver. Yohanna knew she should not use nor reveal the secrets of her weapon. She would be easy to read if ever all of her powers would be all used in just a single fight. But she had no choice, but to reveal it—or else, she will die. The collision of the thunder roar and the burning whip had caused another big explosion. Silver was dragged by its force while Yohanna stayed on her feet where she was standing. Her shoes from the Aries' battle set gave her an advantage over this situation. Its sole furry shoes managed to withstand the furious after effect of the attacks. Yohanna maintained her standing posture, and displayed a different look—a fiercer face; a stronger look. She then moved her wand and waved it in a snappy movement. Sooner then, a clump of humungous cloud appeared in the sky, exactly at the top of the now unconscious Silver she was fighting. In a cold whisper, Yohanna casted, “Fall, Stars of Thunder.” Heavenly gurgling sound boomed in the sky. Then followed by a snap of one bright array of disordered light hitting her opponent—hitting Silver.
