"What. The. Actual. f**k. Did you do? " I asked Claire slowly like I was talking to a baby.
"Shouldn't you be happy for me? I finally got asked out to the dance... I thought that I wouldn't have a date to the dance", she said, sadly.
"Couldn't you have told Victor no? And never mentioned that he asked you to the dance in front of Steve? " I asked her.
"Why shouldn't I have talked about this in front of Steve? We're best friends, I thought that meant we talk about everything together"
"Do you tell him when you're on your period?" I asked her.
"He always figures out because of my mood swings", she continued eating her popcorn.
