Mrs Ramirez: Welcome to the auditions for the school play, a beautiful love story: the musicale. You were all given scripts so the stage is yours.
(She sat back down on her seat as the judge that gets to decide who gets which part)
Mrs Ramirez: We're going to start with Bailey Cornell playing the fired court maid.
(This was how the auditions started. Students from the drama class audited one by one as the battle for a role in the school play was on. It was a fierce battle indeed as each student tried to best the other with accurate lines, confidence, pleasant voices although not all were pleasant. The playwrights of the play auditioned last).
Mrs Ramirez: So our final three should please take to the stage.
