"Don't ever kiss me without my consent", she said. She removed my hoodie and gave it to me. She then opened her front door and left me on her front door.
My face still hurt from the slap she gave me. I was confused. Should I knock and apologize for kissing her and not asking first? Did I really do something so wrong? There is something about Rosa Mendez that makes me lose my senses.
She might still be hurting from the breakup. I shouldn't upset her more so I went home.
I first checked up on abuelita. She was knitting
"You're still awake", I said
"I was waiting for you", she looked up at me and smiled
"How was your date with Rosa?" She added
"It wasn't a date. She had a boyfriend. They broke up today", I said sitting at the edge of her bed
