"Excuse me", I said as I quickly stepped out of the principal's office. I ran out at such as speed that the secretary called out to me to slow down or I might get hurt but the warning didn't really sink in.
Instead I ran at a faster pace trying to catch up with Norman. I wanted to apologize for how I treated him this morning. He was only trying to save me from Will but instead of thanking him, I rebuked him which was wrong on my part.
