Alex's POV
I rush inside the house to my very small room. It has a cozy bed, a small wooden wardrobe, a reading table and a chimney lamp on top for reading at night. The floor is just made of mud, there is no electricity in our house too. I plan on changing that of course.
I sit on my bed carefully not to break it. I open my letter and I gasp at the first words I see. ‘ Congratulations' is the word. I scream in joy I have not finished but definitely, it's good news. I finish reading the letter, I am accepted at one of the recognized universities in our country to study law.
It is quite hard but I will make it for my family. My mum is already in my room by now, I don't know how she managed to come in so first. Nothing goes past her, she is my super mama. She stares at the letter with t
