I Choose You

"Alexa, can you please head over to table 7"  I heard Mya shouted from thebkitchen. I lazily got up and head over to the table, my feets are killing me. Tonight the restaurant is packed more than usual and we have been working non stop. I quickly collected  the customer and handed it over to Mya in the kitchen.  I was about to take a washroom break when I saw Tristen showing another set of customers to seat. I figured Olivia would get it since she served all high class customer and they surely looked like they were.  I quickly went into the bathroom to do my business and wash my hands. On my way out I bumped into someone in the halls and fell to the ground. My head immediately felt dizzy probably because I haven't eaten in hours.   "Watch where you're going" I heard I man voice, I shut my eyes clutching my head, due to not eating I'm having a dam migraine. I completely ignored the person and tried to steady my self by holding unto the wall to stand but only to fall down again.   "Why are you so clumsy" the man's voice ranged through the halls. "I'm sorry but I'm really having a migraine right so can you just leave me alons" I snapped, I'm not usually like this but your girl haven't eaten in hours.   "Watch your mouth little girl, don't you know who I am" he said again and I felt a hand pulling me to up. Finally I took a glance at the man, to say he was gorgeous was an understatement. He has perfectly curled dark hair, green eyes and plump pink lips. I was gawking at how a man can be this perfect. God definitely knew what he was doing when he made him. Plus what do you know I'm not dizzy anymore. "Stop staring" he said with a smug smiled.   "Sorry!" I apologized, I was embarrassed not only did I bump into him but also now I was checking him out. "It's okay princess, now I have a feeling you haven't eaten so join me" he said while pulling my hands leading me out of the hall way of the wsshroom.   "I'm working, I can't" I pleaded, Jackson would surely fire me for this. "It wasn't a choice cupcake" he said while leading me towards where he was seated. It was among the group of men I saw Walked in. They were having dinner in the private section.   "The meeting is over and we have a deal Mr.Henandez, he lose my hands and collected the papers from one of the men seated. I didn't bother to look since I was trying to see if any of workers notice me. After a while the man left and he told me to take a seat. It felt more like a demand so I just did what I was told.  "What's your name?" He said while picking up one menu. It already had a bottle of wine on the table untouched. I guess they just came here to discuss business, sad they didn't try the food because it's really good well the ones Mya would let me taste .  "May" I said rather boldly, I wasn't going to let this stranger make me feel small although I just lied about my name.  "Don't lie to me" he said rather sternly "How do you know that it's a lie?" I asked "I've worked with more people than you ever will in your life, I know when someone is not telling the truth" he said.   I don't know if I should feel insulted but the way he said it doesn't seem like that's his intentions but who an i even kidding, this is a dam stranger. A hot stranger but still a stranger.  "Alexa, that's my name and you don't need to know anything else" i said rather harshly   "Lucian Romario" he said while placing the menu back on the table. He opens the bottle of wine and pours some into a glass and rests it infront of me.   "I didn't ask" I snapped back, I don't know why he brought me here to sit but I just want to leave.   "I'm telling you so now what's your name" He asked again He just picks up the menu and after ten minutes of silence, well just me fidgeting and glacing around like an i***t Olivia appeared, When she spots me across the table oh my, if looks could kill then I'll be dead right now.   " Goodnight, welcome to Gilmoré's Italian Restaurant" she said and looked at me rather bitterly. I just know that by tomorrow, i will be fired.
