“The lady is my mate and this is a private conversation,” Drake says. “Even so, sir, she is a client of this facility, which makes her mine to protect. Now, please step away from the door before I have you arrested,” the security guard says again. Drake let go of the door and I immediately pulled the door closed and locked it, but rolled the window down just a bit. “Thank you for your help sir,” I told him.
He nodded and winked at me, as I revved my engine and sped away. I am by no means a damsel, but I am grateful that security helped me.
