The Scared Beauty and Her Determined Beasts

Scarlet had to do a C-section on the Mother, because the babies were breached and hearing that their Female needed to be cut open scared them. Of course, if anyone was told that the One that they loved was about to be cut open to save their lives, they would have every right to be worried.

They gave her the green light to go ahead, and Scarlet told the Father to have her rest on him and to hold her to where her arms were pinned on her side. The others were to hold each leg so that the work could be done without the issue of her moving around.

Sterilizing the area, Scarlet was watched like a hawk as she started the procedure. When she made the First cut, they all began to freak out. This was when Scarlet had to cry out, “You need to keep calm and listen to what I say. Everything will be fine.”

She kept working on the Wolf Female and could feel that they were all still freaked out. But when she got to the First Pup out, he seemed like he was going to be fine as he started to breathe on his own. The Second was just fine as well, but when she got to the Third Pup it was not good.

He was Not Breathing! Having no choice, Scarlet had to hand him to One of the Males holding a leg and told him to rub his back firmly yet gently to help him breathe. She didn’t have time to take care of both Pup and the Mother, so she had to focus on closing the Mother's stomach up First, so she could keep it from getting infected. Contamination from the open wound needed to be kept minimal.

Luckily, as Scarlet was closing her up, she heard the baby take his First Breath and was so relieved. After she finished the procedure and checked on all Three Pups, she was relieved that they all seemed to be fine. The Males, on the other hand, were about to lose their minds.

The Mother started to come back to reality, as the medication she had been given began to go off. She looked at Scarlet with disgust. Scarlet didn’t pay her any mind and continued to give the Males the instructions on what to do.

She was about to give them more medication for pain and an antibiotic of sorts to help prevent infection for their trip and recovery when she yelled in a weak screechy voice, “I don’t know who you think you are! But you need to get away and stay from My Males.” She turned to the Sheep Male who was still rubbing the New Pup and continued, “Take that Defective Pup and get rid of it! I don’t need any Weak Young and that One will be dead before it reaches Reproductive Age!”

Scarlet was floored when she heard this, but the Males were not shocked at all by what she said. After she quickly packed up her stuff, Scarlet snatched the Newborn Pup from the Seep Male who was about to just toss him in the Woods and said angary, “This Pup is my payment for treating your Ignorant Female!” She made sure to emphasize the last Two words, then proceeded to walk off without another word.

The group was left completely shocked but didn’t say anything else and continued to move on to ‘Green Rock Mountain City.’

Not expecting to become a Mother today, Scarlet thought to herself, “Well, unexpected things happen all the time, I just need to roll with it. I guess I need to find a way to feed this little guy now.”

Continuing with her journey, Scarlet was taken by complete surprise when she stumbled across the Prefect Plant that she could use to feed her New Little Fuzzball. As she headed towards it, Six Large Males started moving in from the tree line.

Immediately, Scarlet recognized them as the Ones she had seen earlier that day, but tried her best to ignore them since she was still fuming from that Female from earlier.

She didn’t pay much attention to them as she continued walking. She just wanted to focus on getting to the plant and moving on. The fact that they were even bigger, the closer they got, didn’t escape her observation.

But when they started to encircle her using their bodies as a wide net, trapping her as they advanced. Not worrying about them, Scarlet thought to herself, “If I can just get to the plant, I won’t need to worry about dealing with them, and I can be on my way.”

When she was almost to the plant, a Male that had a scar on his nose stomped on it and started to yell “Who…?!”

Scarlet was so mad at what he had just done and kicked him away without hesitation. Two of his buddies watched him fly right by them and slam into a tree about Fifteen Yards behind them.

Scarlet went up to the plant and allowed her Energy to flow into it, helping to bring the plant, not only back to its life, but make it more mature so that she would be able to use it right away. She also made sure to make it produce seeds too. That way she could have a stable food supply for her Fuzzball.

After Scarlet finished bringing the plant back to its glory, she harvested the plant and seeds, then packed it all away.

Just as Scarlet went to walk off, the remaining Five Males surrounded her with more aggression than before. They forgot all about their friend that Scarlet had kicked earlier and was still on the ground out cold.

While the remaining Four were on guard, ready for any attack. Scarlet figured that the Fifth One that spoke next must have been the Second-Strongest Male, he had Dull Brown Hair down to the middle of his back. “Who are you? What are you doing here? Where did you come from? Why did you attack him?”

With a bored and irritated look, Scarlet thought to herself, “What is going on here? That guy was clearly mean First, when he smashed MY babies's food. The food that I still need to get prepared and cooked before my Little Fuzzball gets hungry. He’s barely even a few Hours old, and he will need to eat soon.”

As they started to talk again, Scarlet stopped lessoning and proceeded to try walking through an opening between the huge wall of Males, but before she could take Two steps her path was blocked.

Scarlet glared at them and said, “If you don’t move out of my way, I will move you, the same way that I moved your friend over there.” Then proceeded to walk through another opening and off into the woods.

Scarlet made it a good Thirty Yards before they recovered from their shock. They couldn’t believe that such a Small Female was able to scare them so badly, that they would back down from the fight.

They started after her again, but this time they were as nonthreatening as they could be, since all of them were Seven foot and above. They took the time to assess the situation and try something new. They picked up the scent of the Wolf Pup that she mentioned before. That was good because they could use that to get her attention.

The One with the Dull Brown Hair caught up to her in Two long strides, then slowed down to say, “Hey, Little Female, what happened to your Male? You shouldn’t be out here by yourself. It’s not safe around here. There is going to be a war soon and a Sweet Little Female like you may get hurt. So, why don’t you both come with me, and I can take you and your Pup back to my Clan. My name is Randy. I’ll protect you and your young, don’t worry, I don’t mind that you have another Males Young. I will treat him as my own and help you raise him up to be a Strong Male.”

Scarlet couldn’t believe what she had just heard and thought that it would be best to just keep walking and not say anything. This turned out to be a bad decision on her part.

She was suddenly flanked by another Male. This One had Short Black Hair and said, “Don’t lesson to him. I can take better care of you and my temperament is much better than theirs. I can show you a better time by being a Dragon. I’m a Great Flyer. My name is Eddy.”

The word Dragon caught and held Scarlet’s attention. She stopped walking and said “So, if you are a Dragon, then does that mean that the rest of you are Dragons as well?”

Thinking that he had a chance after hearing that, he said, “Yes, we are all dragons.”

“And the One over there is one as well?” Scarlet asked innocently as she pointed in the direction of the One, she had kicked earlier.

They all looked at each other and One said, “Yes, He is one too, but he is not One of our Best Males. Not like us.” Thinking that he had a chance, he proceeded to say “We Dragons make Great Mates. We are bigger and Stronger than Other Males and can fly farther and faster than any Bird Male can.” They all started to puff out their chests and try to look alluring at the same time.

Scarlet was no longer interested in them and said, “Okay, I’m bored and need to feed My Pup, so I’m leaving now. You can take your buddy back to wherever it is you come from.” Then started walking away, leaving them all standing there confused.

“Thank the Elements that they didn’t chase after me. I don’t think that this was their First time being told off and left behind by a Female.” Scarlet was left with these thoughts as she continued on her way. Finally, in peace.
