Alpha Desmond I eyed the beautiful creature that lay half broken in the snow. I had no intention of bringing pain to her, but everything happened so fast. The sting of the mace she sprayed still lingered, increasing my irritation. “Stop!” I yelled down to her. Her eyes finally locked with mine for the first time. Instantly, I felt the heat within as I was drawn to her. My wolf was practically howling, itching to get out. “Des, be careful. Don’t you feel it?” Cam linked as I started down the stairs. I ignored his warning and continued towards her. The light from within the cabin shown down directly on her, creating an angelic like glow.
