I was not regaining my strength back as quickly as I would like. It had been a few weeks since the curse had been lifted, but I still felt incredibly weak. I hid it to the best of my ability, and I think that most people thought I was mostly recovered. Kalen had been pretty busy with his kingdom, and only stopped by occasionally every couple of days. As much as I missed him when he was away, ultimately it was for the better for now. He was able to see through my lies instantly though the bond we shared.
