"I'm gonna take a shower." Kaneki announced as he enters the elevator.
"You better hurry up." Bruce commented as he watched Kaneki pushed the button to go up. The elevator doors slowly closed as Kaneki put his hands in his pocket, leaving Diana and Bruce alone.
"Why would you recruit that young man?! You should have recruited The Black Reaper. You must have heard of him. They say he's good. I don't want a teenager who can only track meta-humans in this team." Diana complained as she crossed her arms.
"Diana! Kaneki is The Black Reaper." Bruce informed.
"That kid!" Diana exclaimed.
"I wouldn't call him kid, if I were you. He's actually very good. Also, his special powers are very dangerous." Bruce warned.
"And what are his special powers?" Diana asked as she grabbed a seat before placing it and sat beside Bruce.
Bruce touched a button on his computer that will play the video about Kaneki using his powers.
Diana widened her eyes at what she saw on the monitor. The video shows Kaneki on his Black Reaper suit, slaughtering Joker's men with his four large red tentacles on his back. It also shows his fight with Bruce.
"Now! Please! Would you stop asking questions about him?" Bruce asked.
"Fine. But this doesn't mean I trust him." Diana agreed, "How about the others? Where are they?"
Bruce smirked as he began typing on his computer.

The Flash. The fastest man in the world. Barry Allen opened the door of his house by the twist of his key and went inside before closing it.
He started walking to his computer room, but he stopped in his tracks when he saw two people inside. One is a middle-aged man on a black tuxedo sitting on his second favorite chair. The other is a white haired eyepatched japanese teenager standing beside the tuxedo man.
"Barry Allen! Bruce Wayne!" The tuxedo man announced as he stood up, while the ivory head beside him turned around to read the book he's holding.
"Look, man. I don't know who you are. But whoever it you're looking for-" Barry was interrupted when Bruce suddenly pulled out Batarang and threw it at him, which Barry easily dodged before catching the Batarang in the air.
Barry looked at the Batarang on his hand, examining it. His mind was suddenly filled with questions, "Are you The Batman?"
"So, you're fast." Bruce admitted as his eyes widened in surprise, ignoring Barry's question.
"That seems like an over simplification." Barry admitted.
Bruce began walking towards Barry, "You see, I'm building together an alliance. A team. People with special abilities like you. I think enemies are com-"
"Stop right there! I'm in." Barry suddenly interrupted before waiving The Batarang in the air, while smiling.
The billionaire playboy stopped in his tracks and smiled, "You are?"
"Yeah! I needed... Friends." Barry looked down.
"That's good." Bruce offered his hand. He truly didn't expect that the speedster would join easily like that.
"Can I keep this?" Barry asked while showing The Batarang to Bruce.

"What are your superpowers again?" Barry asked as The Bat Jet began to close. He was actually excited. Who wouldn't be?
"I'm rich." Bruce answered. He was actually telling the truth. His only superpowers is that he's super rich as f**k.
"What about him?" Barry gestured to the white haired teenager that is sitting beside him.
"He can kick ass." Bruce started piloting The Bat Jet as it began to float.
"Okay." Barry raised an eyebrow to that, he doesn't know what Bruce really meant, "Damn! I wanna meet The Black Reaper. I know he's your new partner. Where is he?"
"Barry! The Black Reaper is sitting beside you right now." Bruce turned his head around to see Kaneki that is now reading a thriller novel.
"Him!" Barry exclaimed as he began to look at the ivory head teenager who is still reading the thriller novel on his hands, paying no attention around him, "I expected he would be different."
"He is different." Bruce added.
"How?" Barry questioned. He doesn't want to believe that The Black Reaper is a short emo that is also a bookworm. He just can't!
"You don't wanna know." Bruce warned as The Bat Jet flew away, causing the two teenagers to hold on to their seat.

Somewhere in Gotham City
It was a rainy night and many people were holding their umbrellas as they continued walking. But someone suddenly stopped. A white haired eyepatched emo. It was Kaneki.
Kaneki glared at small coffee shop before him as he stopped walking. He was on his civilian clothes which is a black leather hoodie with black shirt underneath and dark pants.
He enters it as he dried his ivory hair with a small towel. As he got inside, he saw that was only a few people in there, sitting as they began sipping their coffee.
The ivory head emo took a seat before ordering a usual black coffee. He leaned back on his seat as he wondered about 'the enemies' that Bruce was talking about. Bruce said that the enemies will come from another world. Kaneki wonders if it will be ghouls that will come to take over this world.
He was brought back to reality when he suddenly felt a hand behind his back. Kaneki turned around and saw bald headed young man on a fancy suit.
