PROPHETIC NIGHTMARE

EPISODE 2. Preparation for Nightmare

Raj is playing game, he hears a voice that sound familiar. His friend vaibhav has come to meet him.

Vaibhav ask “are you all right I mean I hear your situation, are you comfortable?”

raj replies “yes”.

Vaibhav “yeah you seems awfully comfortable. Is something going on?”

raj smirks and then replies “unlike you who is forever single, I have a girlfriend now.”

Vaibhav is shocked and panicked and ask police “sir will you please take raj to the doctor he is hallucinating.”

“Hey I am telling truth” raj says.

raj “If you want hear full story you sit here and listen blah blah blah blah blah, and that’s what happened and we become couples for one week.”

Vaibhav looking at raj with pity in his eys and says “hnnn ok as long as your happy but you shouldn’t get hopes up and be this happy.”

raj “what! What do you mean”.

vaibhav “bye I have to go now.”.

Raj “wait at least tell what do you mean by that.”.

And then vaibhav leaves police station with sad and sympathy feelings.

In police station every one is busy but one person is bored, Raj, he is staring at them thinking then he had an idea, he walks towards the police uncles and ask “sir can you teach me about knife and how to tackle them.”

Police 1 says “yes of course kid. I will teach you. See this and this”

raj replies after sir movement “sir are you copying anime moves”

police 1 “…no kid I am not”.

Police 2 stops police 1 and says “don’t listen to him he Is just showing of with nothing to show of. come here I will teach you”.

"see first hold you knife like this then move your hand cross like this be careful not hurting yourself and you grip should be tight so it won’t slip alright. The main thing you should remember is the knife is not to hurt but to protect your self ok. Use the wooden ruler for now don’t use knife”

raj replies “ok”.

Raj started doing practice with ruler and second night come. Raj is anxious to sleep then receive a call from hema.

Click “what happened hema why did you call at this hour” raj ask.

Hema says “you pick up quiet quick are you also not sleeping”

raj says “yes, well I can’t sleep.”

Hema replies “then how about we talk a little bit”

raj say “yes let’s talk it will be great.”.

Hema “so lets talks about places where you visited before.”

Raj talk about how he visited temple with his family hema also talk about her picnics. time pass by and raj “so hema see when I was walking and suddenl..”

he hears a voice hnnnnn hnnnn hnnnn raj says “she is pass out I guess, well since I am relaxed now I will sleep too. Hema I will protect you this time I promise” after saying that raj sleep too.

Somewhere ales “well, so the god has decided that they are gonna die then who I am to oppose that lets see first who should I choose” butcher says this while laughing.

Next day Raj is eating and he looks at the clock he sees it’s 2:30 pm, Raj see bharti mam raj ask “mam, did you find him, maybe any clues about his whereabouts.”

Bharti replies “no not yet we tried but a clue yet.”

Raj “hmmmm”

bharti “raj I know your worried but don’t worry we are here.”.

Raj “Ah-ahh I should get some sleep now” raj sleeps, after some hours raj wakes up, he looks around he didn’t find anyone.

Raj gets worried and says “is someone here?

Bharti mam, police sir, anyone, W…why is no one is here?” as raj is looking for them lights turn of. Without light raj barely can see he try to find his phone but in darkness he couldn’t find. he gets more scared.

After some times.

bharti mam and police sir comes.

bharti “why lights are of (click click) switch are not working police 1 go look what happen”

police go to switch board and turn on light. when the light come back bharti mam and others didn’t see raj so they starting to search for him.

Bharti “raj, where are you?” as are they searching bharti found raj in Their cells. He locked himself in their.

Raj sees mam “hahaha, mam you see I was just seeing how it looks from the inside, haha you came back”

raj says that and get out of the cells and go sit on his bench.

Bharti think ‘he is kid after all, even after bravely accepting nightmare and deciding staying in police station doesn’t mean he is not scared, I can’t let him tolerate it anymore I have to find butcher as fast as possible.’.

Next day.

Raj is reading. And suddenly bharti mam comes in. she is in serious mood, officer 1 ask to mam “what happen?”

bharti replied “we got a lead on butcher.”

Raj ask “what! You really have a clue now? So what is the lead”

bharti says “well we just found a guy who saw butcher in going in store and we also got cctv footage of him”

raj “whoa!! Yeah!! And?”

bharti “what and? That it.”

Raj “what! After all that enthusiasm that all you got.”

Bharti “well it’s not easy to get clue about someone who is running from us for over 2 years, don’t worry now we know where he was we can track him.” Raj nod his head.

The police officer 2 comes with criminal, he ask officer 1 to file report and he start to check his bag he found so many mobile phones and he also find a knife in the bag, but officer 2 makes a mistake. He put knife on table. Criminal see the knife, he took advantage of it. He picks up the knife and started swinging around everyone started to panic.

Officer 2 “hey give me the knife or else you will go to jail for serious crime, put down the knife” the criminal knows that if he put down the knife he will certainly go in jail so recklessly swinging the knife his gaze goes to raj.

He started running towards the raj. Raj who was just bystander in all of this, all of sudden that criminal was running toward him, he got scared, in that moment he suppose to run, he just froze in fear. But the criminal got caught before he could hurt raj.

Police apprehend him and take him to cell. Bharti mam scolds officer 2 for making such mistake.

Bharti mam come to raj. Bharti “raj, are you hurt some where?”

raj “no I am not hurt”

bharti “it’s ok it happens some times don’t worry.”

Raj “mam, just now when the criminal was running towards me I didn’t move an inch did I?”

bharti “well it happens”

raj “I just got scared and I wasn’t able to do anything.”.

Bharti couldn’t say anything. Raj just walks and sleep on a his bench without saying anything.

Bharti realize that he taking to much responsibility about protecting hema and now he is disappointed on himself.

Raj is sleeping. His phone starting to ring. Raj see that hema is calling him. He picks up the call. Raj talks in shuttle voice “hello, hema didn’t we talk an hour ago, did something happened.”

Hema replies “I did not call you to talks what happen with me, I call you to talk about what happen to you.”

Raj surprise about How hema found out. he remembers bharti mam.

Raj “ohh, did bharti mam tell you about it? Don’t worry it’s nothing I am totally fine”.

hema says “what I heard doesn’t seem fine to me. Raj, you know I always thought why would you protect me, even if you don’t know me well. Raj, now I really wanted to know the reason behind you obsession about being brave.

Raj takes deep breaths. And says “I guess this is time I should tell you about what happen to me when I was a child. Ten years ago, I had a cat. His name was mickey. We used to play a lot together. One time I took mickey outside to play and we were playing in ground, all of sudden a dog came out of nowhere. He was angry growling at me. I got scared and fall on the ground. The dog was drooling and started to bark at me but mickey got in middle he started to glare at dog. I didn’t realize that he was trying to protect me, I just got up and started to run, I brought dad back to the playground the dog was gone but I saw my mickey dead on ground my dad was try to hide body but I already saw and realize that the mickey gave up on his life to protect me and I just ran out of fear.

I cried for 3 days after that I promised my self that I will never run away again. Hmmm, I guess your disappointed now right.

Wahhh! hema started to cry. Raj got surprise.

Raj “what! What happen why are you crying al of sudden”

hema “wahh I didn’t know you had so much feelings inside of you.”

raj “yes, please don’t cry, hema are you not disappointed.”.

Hema replies “of course I am not, why would I be, raj I don’t know what you were in past but when I was scared you pulled me up, you gave me courage, you put yourself in danger in order to put me out of danger raj, and now you are standing your ground their how can you say that I will disappointed.

Raj you’re the bravest boy I have ever seen and now that boy is also my boyfriend I am the luckiest girl right now, I really like you.”

Hema blushed, she thinks ‘what!! What!!! Why did I say that and Why didn’t he responded yet, did he not like me.’ Here she was thinking this.

Raj on other side was just stunned and he responded “ah… hema…” but hema cut the call.

She started jumping on the bed. She was extremely embarrassed and yet happy. Raj is also can’t handle his emotions he is still kept smiling.

Bharti also see his expression and get relived that raj is smiling.
