Epilogue

MaNan got married in a month. Aarushi was the most happy. They adopted Aarushi legally and this news was made confidential. Manik was an orphan and Nandini and Aarushi were his lights, his favorite stars. Nandini resumed her job as her husband's P.A *winks* Aarushi was admitted to a playschool. And the most beautiful thing was, Manik was liked by Aarushi more. Her daddy was her favorite. After all, he used to save her from all those scolding sessions but this made Aarushi confused too. How can her daddy calm her monstu mommy down? Well, she was just a child. You all wanna know? Peep in.

"Mommmyy...Onlyy 1 tub I atee..Believe mee" Aarushi was shouting and pleading as her mommy was hell angry.

"Tell me the truth" Nandini said pulling her ear.

"1 and 1/2...Oucchh" Aaru said and sneezed and this was it.

"I am not going to leave you" She said and was about to pull her ear more tightly when two arms grabbed her waist.

"And I am not going to leave you tonight" It was Aaru's daddy for her rescue. Aarushi giggled when Manik kissed Nandini' neck and Nandini left Aaru's ear. She closed her eyes and kept her head on his shoulder when she felt him winking at their daughter. She opened her eyes and Aaru was no more there. She looked angrily at Manik and heard both of them laughing. Manik with the most beautiful smile and Aaru hugging her daddy's leg and giggling.

Nandini couldn't resume her anger and she hugged Manik and caressed Aaru's hairs.

"Huhh! No next time" She said while Aaru danced in joyy. She hugged Manik from his leg , after all it was only she could afford and said "I lovee youu Pappaa"

And this got captured as a perfect family photo. :)

Manik was her favorite all because of those beautiful dresses which she was gifted without even asking.

"Papa" Aaru sneaked into MaNan's room with her favorite teddy but found none. She was sucking her thumb and was walking near the bed when two hands picked her up. She gave the most brightest smile and shouted "Paaappa"

“Yes Papa's little princess!" He said and rubbed his nose against her milky skin. Aarushi giggled .

"Papa...my dress!!" Aaru made a sad face and showed him her dress which got teared due to her continuous running and jumping.

"Ohho...Miss.Malhotraa got her dress torn! Mumma will kill us! What should we do?" They both looked like Sherlock Holmes. Manik smiled and took out a beautiful frock from the cupboard.

"Eeeee!! Newwwww dless"She shouted and ran towards him and hugged himwhule he laughed and caressed her hairs "My little life!”

Aarushi was Manik's favorite because of all those ice cream sessions.

"Paaappaaa" Aarushi ran towards MaNan's room and found her daddy above Mommy doing something. Nandini pushed Manik and he smilingly Sat on the bed "Yes Papa ki Jaan" Aarushi smiled and said "Icecleamm" She demanded. Nandini was about to say something when Manik said "Mumma..do you want ice-cream too?" Nandini smiled and hugged him from his shoulder "Who doesn’t!”

The trio made their way to the nearest Ice cream parlour and Aarushi was pro at having ice creams.

It was her second ice cream when she left it half eaten. "Nahii khaaana" She said when Manik took the cone and had it. Nandini smiled seeing the richest billionaire having a half eaten ice cream. Well, the owner of the ice-cream was Aarushi only.

Manik was Aarushi's favorite because of all those first show first day movies.

"Which one, daddy?" She said

Manik took the phone and cancelled his meetings "Conjuring two!” Aarushi giggled and twinkled for she was a huge fan of horror while Nandini glared at him.

And the trio made their way to PVR.

Manik was Aarushi's favorite because of all those *our* sleep sessions.

It was MaNan's wedding night. Aarushi didn't know why but was unable to sleep. She got out of her room and knocked on MaNan's door.

MaNan were sleeping when Manik heard the door knock. He smiled, kissed Nandini's forehead and opened the door wearing his tracks.

"What happened to my baby princess?" Manik picked up Aarushi who snuggled in his arms.

"Cannot sleep!! “ She said with a pout. "Did I distulb (disturb) you two?" She asked.

"Distur? Absolutely not, my love! Who said?" He asked and walked towards the balcony with Aaru.

"Navya maasi told me not to disturb you tonight" She said which made Manik wanting to gobble her up.

"Never ever, baby princess" He said.

"Papa seee...brightest starrss" Aaru said pointing towards some stars.

"Your grandpas and grandmas" He said and looked at her who was sleeping on his chest.

He smiled and kissed her forehead and made her sleep between him and Nandini.

Manik was her favourite but how could she forget her mommy?

Her mommy used to take her to spas. Her mommy used to shop for her. Her mommy used to bake cakes for her. Her mommy was her favorite too.

The trio were content until a new light emerged in their lives.

Nandini got pregnant and she gave birth to a son after nine months.

Manik held him in his hands and named him *Ahaan Manik Malhotra* which means sunrise.

This was the moment when the family felt fully content.

Its been 2 years.

Nandini was working in the kitchen when Manik back hugged her and inhaled her scent.

"How was your day?" Nandini asked while Manik kissed her neck and said "Need my P.A to join soon" She giggled and answered "Your P.A will join soon"

Both were happy when suddenly Nandini said "Manik, You know...Aarushi scratched Ahaan today" Manik smiled and said "Like Mother, Like daughter" Nandini looked at him and said "what do you mean" "Even you scratch me alwayss at night" he whsipered while Nandini blushingly answered "And like father, like son..You too bit me like Ahaan does to Aaru" He giggled and faked a bite while Nandini laughed.

Its been 10 years.

MaNan were as usual the most romantic and the most beautiful parents to their daughter Aarushi,13 and Ahaan,10.

Nandini was sleeping on Manik's chest and Manik was trying hard to wake her up.

"Jaan..Wake up nah Shonaa...Morning workout is veryy good for our health baby..wake up please" He kissed her hairs when Ahaan and Aarushi came inside after knocking. They bot sat around MaNan and smiled.

"See..Even the babies are up..now when will my cutest baby wake up?" He said and caressed her hairs while Nandini smiled and kissed his cheek.

Ahaan and Aarushi smiled at their parents.

Ahaan was a totally momma's boy. He was a greek god just like his father. While Aarushi was the diva and most beautiful girl just like her mommy.

The four were so happy that they couldn't ask for more.
