Excerpt One.

This is a short part of their lives when Nandini was about 3 months pregnant and Aarushi was around 4. She has grown up to be a beautiful little girl all thanks to her dotting parents who loved her like anyone.

One day, as she came back from school, she opened the door of her parent's room and saw her father kissing her mother on her belly. And that was it. She hit the floor with her shoes and that caught MaNan's attention and went to her. She went to her room and closed the door.

Manik looked at Nandini who was equally confused. They both walked towards Aarushi's room and knocked the door.

"Aarushi my love..Open the door baccha..See your mamma is here" Nandini got worried which tensed Manik as worrying in pregnancy was very bad for both the mother and the unborn baby.

Manik made her sit on the sofa in the living room and made her drink water. Nandini drank the water and looked at Manik with worried doe shaped eyes. He sat on her knees and kissed her hands "Shh..Dont worry..Everything will be fine..You know..Aarushi has just gone on me! Even if she’s adopted, she doesn’t seem like one! Impulsive" he winked which made Nandini don a real smile. His love for Aarushi was just so pure.

"Papa ki Jaan..would you not open the door for Papa (father) ?" He said with care and love.

Aarushi looked towards the door and walked towards it and shouted '"Please go away Papa!! Please.."

"Papa ki Jaan..How can papa leave his baby crying? " he sensed the sadness in her voice.

Aarushi felt guilty and opened the door and hugged Manik's legs to which Manik smiled and looked at Nandini who came towards them and picked up Aarushi.

"What happened to my baby princess? " Nandini was kissing all over her face to which Aarushi started giggling relieving her parents that nothing critical has happened.

"Now tell me, angel! What happened to you?" Manik took Aarushi from Nandini as it can cause Nandini harm. The trio walked towards MaNan's room and sat on the bed.

"Papa..after my brother will come.. .you will love him moree?" Aarushi's eyes welled up in tears which concerned MaNan.

"Ofcourse not, angel! You are everyone’s favorite!! The most special!" Nandini caressed her hairs to which Aarushi looked at her with big doe shaped eyes.

"Look at me and listen to me, baby princess" Her dotting daddy made her sit on the bed and cupped her cheeks.

"Bhaii is us only na baby? So you should not feel bad.." He kissed her forehead and smiled.

"Papa will never ever stop loving his baby!! Never ever!! Yeah, in case of three people four will go to the ice-cream parlour but that wont affect you from having double scoop everytime.." He said while Nandini and Aarushi giggled.

"Yeah! We four will go to watch movies from now but that wont change you from sleeping on your daddy's chest" To which Aarushi moved towards Manik and snuggled in his belly as that what she could do.

"Yeah! Even your brother will get new dresses but that wont affect you from getting what you want sweetypie.." He caressed her hairs while she smiled and hugged both of them and cuddled in their bellies and said "I lovee you both"

As she hugged them both, MaNan's bodies collided with one another and they both looked at one another and pecked one's lips. "I love you" Nandini said and ruffled his hairs while he smiled and kissed her lips which went unnoticed by Aarushi.
