Thai stared at the big building in front of her, overwhelmed a little bit. She had thought this university was just like any other university but it was more than she thought. "Wow, this wasn't what I expected but nevertheless...", Thai looked at the red haired next to her. "Don't worry sister", she turned to her and held her hand in hers for a little bit, "I'll make you and Mom proud". Camilla nodded a little bit, starting to get emotional when the reality hit her. Thai is going to the University, a level she tried to get into but due to unfavorable life situations, she couldn't fulfill that dream. "Camilla, don't worry. I'll make sure you get into a university. I'm working...", Thai cut off what she was going to say when she got a deathly glare from Camilla. "I mean, working to study hard", she quickly changed her words and smiled, giving her a nod. Camilla nodded and hugged Thai before calling a cab to take her home. It was a relief because she didn't want her to see her tear filled eyes. Thai watched as the cab left and sighed. She really wished she could turn things for her sister but fate was really cruel. She walked to the gates of the school and opened the map she was given by the assistant dean when she first enrolled here. [What a complicated map], she thought, flipping it up and down, and both ways but still couldn't find a breakthrough. [Was this thing navigated?] She bumped into someone in the hallway and papers flew around. Thai quickly bent down and picked up the drawings and sketches and was captivated that she forgot to give it back to the person. Hearing the clearing of throat made her look up at violet eyes staring back at her. Her eyes had a touch of gold to it that she had to blink whether she was seeing right. "I'm so sorry for bumping into you. I was just trying to find my dorm", Thai apologized and handed back the sketches reluctantly. The girl stared at her for a while with a strange glint in her eyes. "I see you're new. I'm Lexith Spellkins" "Is it that obvious?" "That you're new?" Thai nodded and Lexith chuckled, adjusting the papers in hand before responding, "Yeah, not everyone will know but I know a new face when I see one." " I'm Thai Williams by the way. " " Thai? Are you from Thailand?" " No, just a name ", she replied, embarrassed a little bit for the first time by her own name." Well, I'm heading to the dorm anyways so I can show your room. Number? " " 6" " Wow, that's my room number. Let's go then." Thai smiled and dragged her luggage along. Finally, her troubled has been solved much easier than she thought. At least, even if she does not make friends, she knows she has a friendly roommate. [But she is still weird], she thought as she stared at the girl. She had purple hair that went past her shoulders, tied into two ponytails and the thing about her eyes. "So which course are you going for?" Her voice snapped her out of her thought and she stared at her back for a while. "I think I'll go in for something scientific." "Wanting to work in the medical field? " "Not exactly decided though but we'll see. What about you?" Lexith was shocked that someone had cared about her but she knew it was going to end not really good. "I want to be a great artist, giving hope to people through my drawings but not every dream can be filled ", Lexith finished sadly which made Thai a little confused. Before she could ask for a reason, she stopped in front of a room which had the symbol '6' on it and Lexith turned to her. " This is your room. Today is a first day though but the school still wants lesson to continue. No slacking off ", she entered and placed the sheets on the purple themed bed and sat on it," I'll accompany you to your every class today and later, I give you a tour." Thai nodded absentmindedly as she looked at the bed she was supposed to sleep in, already made as she turned to Lexith, who was busy sorting out the sheets into a folder. She didn't want to sound rude so she decided to ignore it, placing her luggage next to the bed and picking up her bag and a few books she had prepared in advance. " So what's your first class?" " History and Myth." Lexith looked at her in disbelief, feeling shocked for a moment before finally managing to say something, " History and Myth? Why? I thought you were..." "Going in for science? Yeah, I know but I still want to know a little past and fantasy",Thai answered but seeing the look of uncertainty on the other girl's eyes," Why? Is it a bad class?" Lexith smiled a bit with a head lowered and shook her head," You'll know why I was shocked when you go there", and she added," And you'll be like the rest." Thai was a little confused but she didn't take it to consideration and thought she just wanted to feel tensed for her first class. She had to make Camilla proud.
