Cassidy’s POV
The following day, David arrived at the cabin, waking them up from their sleep. When Eric went to open the door, she heard David announcing that he was taking them back to the hotel. Cassidy was happy, as she wanted to just head back and stay far away from the intimacy of the place and to the hotel that was big enough for her to stay clear from him. She could also see it in his behavior. Added to that, she wanted Tina away from them. The more Tina stayed out of sight, the more she was out of mind.
“Did you enjoy yourselves?” David asked as he drove back to the hotel.
“Hm,” Eric hummed and Cassidy rolled her eyes.
