Cassidy’s POV
She still could not believe it. Her first crush, the one she always dreamt of ending up with was here with her, holding her hand and showing her around. She could not contain herself and at the same time, she wondered why she seemed to be meeting other men who were better than Eric. She wished she had been paired with Oliver, now she wished she had confessed to Cameron about her feelings years ago. Somehow, they would have dated and her fate would have been different.
“I’m shocked that you’re married.”
She bit her lip as they stopped walking to stare at the crashing waves up ahead. The sun’s rays bouncing on the clear water added to the beauty of the place.
“Well, I am too.”
Cameron stood before me and tilted his head to the side.
“Huh? I don’t get it.”
