Eric’s POV
Stunned was not the word for how he was feeling. It felt as if his whole body was dead; mind blank and going crazy with what to say. He also did not want to read her wrong as she could probably mean something else. Her expression did not help, it was blank, no signs of emotion or anything to read what she meant.
“I…Uhm.” He was tongue tied. “Wh-what do you mean?”
Cassidy pursed her lips and moved her hands out of his then folded them on her lap. Her body posture made him well aware that she was uncomfortable with what she had just said and he did not want to be insensitive to wonder how she wanted s*x when she just lost a baby.
