Jayden POV I stood outside her last class, waiting for the bell to ring. There was no way I was going to let her escape from me this time. It was so easy for me to get her time table schedule, using my power as the next alpha of the pack to get it. From her schedule, I got to know that she had biology which happened to be on my free period. That gave me enough time to get to her class before she tried to escape. I peeped into the classroom and saw her sitting in the corner desk at the back, far from everyone she could get. She seemed completely invested in the topic the teacher was going on about and began biting down on her pen. My eyes momentarily moved down to her lips, remembering claiming those lips as mine not too long ago and enjoying every second of it. I smiled as she adjusted her glasses, that I then knew she needed for reading, puting on a sexy teacher vibe that she she probably didn't even know she she had. F***, this girl's got my mind on overdrive and I can't seem to get her out off my head. Maybe I just needed to get her out of my system. She was probably just a conquest of sorts. She did what no other she wolf would do with me and that alone made her a challenge for me to pursue. I looked at the time. Finally, the wait was gonna end soon. "Jayden?!" I heard my name called down the hallway. My best friend Jake was making his way towards me with Jim right beside him. "There you are man, I've been looking all over for you." "Ah ya, just hanging out here. What are you up to?" I asked, my attention was on the girl I was eager to see. The bell rang at that exact moment and people started to pack up and shuffle out of their seats. I quickly glanced over to see where she was but couldn't see her over the crowd of students all coming out at once. "We all planed to meet up at the Glade. You coming or not? The girls are waiting." The Glade was a spot in the middle of the woods, far off from main road, far enough away that no one can hear a party going on or other trouble we can get ourselves into. It had been used by teenagers for years. "Uhm, I'm kinda busy here." I said as my gaze wandered back and forth, anxiously waiting for her to come out of the class. "What could you possibly have to do here?" Just then, she came out of the classroom, her eyes landed on mine but she immediately looked away and quickened her pace as she walked down the hall. "Seriously Jayden, what are you looking at?" I didn't want them to know about her just yet, mostly because I didn't even know what she was to me yet and most especially because I wasn't ready to share. I wanted her all to myself. "Nothing man, let's go." I patted him on the back and walked in the oppositoe direction. Better luck next time I guess. Isabelle POV Seriously?! Right outside the door of my last class? Of all the places in this gigantic school, you just had to hang out with your posses there? I really can't get rid of him, can I? He's starting to become a threat to my peace in school. I mean, once upon a time I dreamed of him. I'd have to say, even fantasized about him, in different way and just maybe I had a little crush on him (don't blame me though cause he's every girl's dream kind of guy). But now for some reason, after our encounter, I just wanted to get as far as I could away from him the moment I see him. He just unhinges me. It's not just because of his looks or his status, I was just not the same person around him. He brought out a side that I never knew I had and I wasn't comfortable with that. I needed to stay as far away from him. I couldn't even imagine what would happen if his friends were to find out about our little make-out scene. I was sure that I would become the next novelty story in their repertoire, and I couldn't even begin to think about what Alexandria would have to say about it. I was probably going to have to exile myself from the pack cause I knew just how vicious she could be. Not to mention the fact that she was the beta's daughter which made her untouchable. No, I just needed to stay far away from Jayden Silvers as much as possible. "b***h, we are going out!" Emmy came up behind me and squealed, putting her arm around my shoulder. "Where to this time? I think I deserve a break from going out, don't you?" She ignored me and just pulled me towards her car. "Oh my goodness, just get into the car. You don't even have to change your clothes." "Why would I change Emmy. Please tell me we're not going to another party," I panicked. "Argh! All you have to know is that you won't need to change your clothes. Now keep shut and let me kidnap you cause I ain't telling you where we're going." I groaned in annoyance and rolled my eyes, sinking my back on the car seat. I read my novel on the drive. It seemed to take quite a while, we were driving in the woods somewhere and I was starting to think Emmy was lost. Not to mention the fact that it was starting to get dark. "Do you know where we're going?" I asked amused. "Shut up, I know exactly where I'm going." She smiled. We turned around a bend and suddenly a big glade came to my view, full of teenage werewolves, some of which I recognized and others which I didn't. "What's this?" "The glade of crimson moon pack." she said as though I should know. "The what now?" I asked confused. "Isabelle, you really haven't heard about The Glade? Damn girl, you're really out of touch. The glade of crimson moon pack is a place where we teens come to hang out, party hard, get drunk and have dirty make out sessions." she said that last one with a smirk. "Whatever, let's get this over with cause I know you're not gonna take me home." "You know if you gave things half a try, you might actually enjoy yourself." Emmy joined on my side of the car, saying the same thing she always says when she wants to get me involved. "Emily," Emmy and I both turned to see who called her and there was Dave, looking all excited to see his mate. I had to smile at those two, they were just adorable. "Come on, let's go where Dave is." Emmy called to me while walking in his direction. I was about to follow but saw that he was amongst a crowd of people from school and it finally occurred to me that Jayden might be there. I scowled at the thought, I can't let him see me here. "No, that's alright Emmy. I'll just find a nice quiet place and keep reading my novel but you go have fun. I'll catch up with you later." Emmy frowned and looked as though she was going to protest but I managed to shoo her away, assuring her that I'd be alright. I took a good look around and besides the fact that this place was riddled with teenagers making a mess of it, the place was kinda nice. Walking away from the music and the laughter I found a large tree stump beside the creek that I could sit on and read. It was already night time but I didn't have to worry cause I was adapted to seeing in the dark, perks of being a werewolf. Plus the moon was out. It was kinda relaxing here and I was really enjoying myself. The water from the creek was making soothing sounds, the atmosphere was serene and was reading my favorite novel. I was just getting to the good part of the novel when I suddenly felt giant arms wrapped around my body and place a hand around my mouth. I wanted to scream for my life before I caught the familiar scent of my attacker. "You know, I'm surprised to see you here but this isn't why teens come here," The sexy voice I have heard a few times now whispered into my ear. My eyes closed as his breath cascaded over my ears. I was no longer afraid but I knew that I needed to get away from him quick. I began to wriggle out of his grip but no matter how hard I tried, he was still stronger. I gave up. He chuckled at my petty attempt. I was able to get his hand off my mouth. "Do I amuse you Alpha?" "Yes, as a matter of fact, you do." he said laughing harder. "Can you please let go of me? I don't want to make a scene. I will scream." I bluffed but it didn't do me any good. "Annabelle," he started to kiss my neck in nice slow motions. Every now and then, I felt his tongue on my skin sending sensational shivers down my spine. I had to hold back a moan when he did this. "If you want to scream, all you have to do is ask. I'd gladly do anything to make you scream." At that moment, I was reminded why I couldn't stand him. Taking advantage of him being distracted, I managed to release myself from his hold and get up from the stump in disgust. "What's wrong?" he asked as if he didn't know the game he was playing. "What's wrong? Oh I don't know, maybe it's the fact that you won't leave me alone, I don't know why. Why don't you just go after one of your blonde bimbos that follow you around all the time. They'll be glad to take my place and keep you company." "But I don't want a blonde bimbo Annabelle," Damn it, the way he said my name felt so right. He took a step closer to me and I was starting to feel like my defenses were weakening. "I want you." His eyes looked into mine as he took a step closer to me. "I can't stop thinking about that kiss..." Another step. "and I can't stop thinking about you." One more step and he had me completely backed up against a tree but I didn't notice cause I was enchanted by his eyes and his words. "And I know you can't stop thinking about me either," he said, his lips were inches away from mine. No, I have to protest this. "I haven't been thinking about you at..." He pressed his body against mine, making me to gasp and lose my train of thoughts. He then closed the space between us, grabbing onto my waist and putting his soft lips on mine, not giving me time to comprehend what was going on. The only thought that was on my mind at that point was 'I'm doomed'.
