"Hi!" Daniela greeted Crystal and Grace in the park. She and Nellie had just arrived on campus. They knew Crystal's position from her text. They were chatting for a while until Nellie felt thirsty and she wanted to buy some water or soft drink in the cafeteria. They left Grace in the park because she wanted to wait for her boyfriend.
Christian glanced at his watch, he noticed the lecturer's time would be over. He prepared to leave the class before the lecturer ended the class. Henry smiled at his friend's act, even though he felt weird about his act.
"Came on... Your girl's waiting for you in the park." Christian tapped Henry's left shoulder to make him hurry while standing to leave the class.
"Hurry up!" Christian stopped and stood in front of the door before leaving the room. He was impatient. Henry felt weird with his friend but he didn't know why he did it. He knew something had happened to Christian. He also knew Christian didn't focus on a long lecture, but he didn't know the reason he did it. Christian and Henry walked through the hallway and then they turned to the left to go to the park. But...
The girl with ponytailed hair wearing a baby pink blouse was not there anymore. Christian was disappointed. He looked around to find her but he couldn't see her.
"Huft..." He exhaled... He walked slower than Henry, he wasn't excited like before. He lost his focus. Henry turned back his head to look at Christian when their gap became wider. He saw Christian lose his power. He made wrinkles between his eyebrows, he felt Christian very weird that day.
"What's going on?" Henry stopped his step and turned his body to face Christian to find out what was wrong with him.
"Nothing..." Christian shook his head while walking. He passed Henry, but he didn't know where he wanted to go. He lost his purpose.
"Grace..." Christian was staring at Grace with no expression on his face.
"What?" Grace turned her head up to look at Christian. He was standing in front of her and wanted to know about her friend but he held it. He didn't know how to start a conversation to get information about a girl. It was not his habit. He raised his hand and left Grace. Grace also raised her hand, copied his act. She felt Christian was weird, she glanced at him until he disappeared from her sight.
"What happened to him?" Grace asked Henry when he was standing in front of her. Henry shrugged his shoulders as his answer. He really didn't know what was going on with his friend.
"Since this morning he has acted so weird. He was so full of energy a minute ago and he lost it suddenly." Henry talked to his girlfriend while looking at Christian's back.
"Maybe he broke up with his girlfriend." Grace turned her head to see what her boyfriend was looking at.
"No, he's not in a relationship right now. I'll ask him later." Henry was still curious about what happened to Christian.
"Let's forget about him. How's your day?" Henry asked Grace while taking a seat beside her. He let his friend walk alone to the parking area.
Christian was standing beside his car while looking around. He hoped he would see Grace's friend. But, of course, he couldn't see her. Crystal and her friends were walking to their class after they got some drinks.
"Huff..." Christian exhaled, and then he opened his car to get in it. He leaned his back and took a short time to let his salty because he failed to find a girl. His experience as a thief of the girl's heart told him that she was also interested in him. But a second later, a doubt was running through his mind. 'What if she is in a relationship, having a boyfriend?' He shook his head to push out the negative vibe in his mind. He also didn't want to be over confident that she was interested in him.
"Huff..." He exhaled before turning on the engine of his car. He looked around before riding his car. He saw a bike parked beside his car. He smiled when he noticed the color of the bike was the same as his car. He peeped to make sure of the bike's color. He was sure the bike's tone color was the same as his car's color. He was amazed how that bike had its color. He had never seen a bike with that color before. He didn't know the owner of that bike was the girl who had taken his attention that morning. He also didn't know if Henry was standing in front of his car while looking at him. Henry saw Christian was smiling. It made him more sure his friend was not okay.
"OH!" Christian was shocked! He leaned back and opened his eyes wider when he noticed Henry was standing in front of his car. Henry opened Christian's car and sat beside him.
"Do you want to leave me?" Henry asked Christian when he got into the car.
"I think you'll go with Grace." Christian shrugged his shoulders while talking to Henry.
"No, she's having a class right now."
"Oh..." Christian was nodding his head, he was thinking maybe the girl with a baby pink blouse was also having a class.
"Tell me!" Henry looked at Christian sharply.
"What?" Christian turned his head to face his friend. He really didn't know what his friend meant.
"What's going on with you?" Henry was staring at Christian's eyes. He tried to find out what was happening to his friend.
"Nothing..." Christian shrugged his shoulders again. He felt that he was really okay.
"No! There is something. You're not okay!" Henry pushed his friend to tell him.
"I'm.. I'm... great!" Christian opened his hands to show Henry that he was okay.
"No! you're not!" Henry shook his head. He was a hundred percent sure that his friend was not okay.
"Um.. " Christian was thinking that maybe Herny recognized his swing mood.
"Let's find a place to talk." Christian rode his car to get out of campus. He didn't know how to tell Henry. He was also doubtful whether to tell him or not, so he suggested going to another place to distract his focus. He hoped Henry would forget it when they arrived at a cafe or a place that he promised to talk with him.
