DREAMING
Arcana is standing outside. It's nighttime. She looks up at the sky and she sees a comet falling from the sky in the far off distance. She squints her eyes to get a closer look, and the comet stops falling mid air. The comet shifts its direction, facing Arcana, and falls in her direction. It's falling faster and faster. Arcana heard a voice call out to her "MY LOVE. I'VE WAITED SO LONG FOR YOU." Arcana could feel the intense heat coming from the comet. It feels warm and familiar. The glow from the comet was not as blinding as she thought. Staring into the glow, her purple pastel eyes lit up with a shimmering glow as the comet got closer. Arcana reaches her hand up to try and touch the comet, to feel its warmth on her hands, but it felt so far away. This made her sad. A feeling she's never let herself indulge in. Is this.. longing? "Where are you?" she whispers under breath, staring at the comet, tears rolling down her cheeks. Her tears were wiped away by the intense heat of the comet. By now, the comet had gotten so close she could feel the heat envelop her. It must have been the warmest hug she'd ever felt.
A man stood on the balcony watching Arcana sleep on the balcony chair. He could see that she had fallen asleep crying. "My star", he sighed to himself as he slowly walked over to Arcana. "Where are you?" she mumbled in her sleep. The being walks over to sleeping Arcana, "I'm here my love, I'm here for you now.. and always." he says in a soft buttery voice, caressing her cheek. His fingers left an illuminated glow on her cheek. A beautiful silver glow. A glow for each finger that had laid upon her cheek. Slowly grazing her neck with his pinky finger, a long silver glow followed behind his finger. The glow faded from her skin went back to its caramel-colored skin tone. He watched her sleep and wondered how long she would be this way, He sat across her for a bit and watched her sleep. Her breathing a steady pace. After about an hour or so he got up and decided to explore the loft. Starting with her phone.
He picked up the phone from the coffee table and just as he did, it started vibrating. The phone screen read Devon. Her phone was on silent so it didn't wake her up. 1 missed call. 1 new voicemail. The Being looked at the phone, looked at Arcana and raised his eyebrows. Feeling entitled, he listened to the voicemail. "Arcana, I know you're sleeping right now, let's have a quickie tomorrow before the meeting starts. I know a place in the building. I wanna lick your p*ssy. Call me back."
The being looked at Arcana with his eyebrows raised. "I don't blame you for having physical needs, but that's enough of him." The Being got up from his chair and wanting to throw her phone over the balcony, he sat it back down on the table and walked into the loft. He walked towards her kitchen to grab a glass of water to drink and took three strawberries from her fridge. He picked off the petal caps from each strawberry, eating two out of the three strawberries, biting the third and leaving it on the counter with the petal caps. Walking away, leaving his mess, he figured since this is now his place too, deciding he would clean up the leftover strawberries later. He was clearly entitled.
The Being was very annoyed with himself. If he hadn't taken so long to get to Arcana, she wouldn't be sharing herself with a mere insignificant mortal. A mortal who doesn't even compare to a God such as himself. He's the only one for her. She was MADE for him. Created by him. Arcana will always be his and that's that. Working himself up, he stalked off to the bathroom. Realizing he was in human form, he wanted to check out his appearance in her long wall mirror. It was long enough to where he could see his reflection from head to toe.
Checking out his clothes, from the bottom up, this Being had on white Doc Martins. He did a little tappy tap with his shoes. 'They fit pretty good' he thought. Crisp white pants that blended with his white Doc Martins. They made his legs look slim and long. A black belt. A short sleeved button-up shirt. What was interesting about his button-up shirt was that the half left side of his button-up shirt was white. From the left shoulder to buttons, crisp white. The rest of the shirt was black and looked like an exploding nebula. The very shirt itself was pulsing and breathing. A whole galaxy appeared to be thriving on his shirt. If you looked closely, you could even see stars twinkling in his shirt. He literally wore a galaxy. Over his short sleeved button shirt, he wore a long black floor-length over coat, reaching to his ankles. It had enough momentum to flow as he walked.
'Hmm, this might be a dead giveaway.' He said in a low voice. He had mocha colored skin with a chiseled jaw and a smooth face. He looked to be in his mid 30s. He had thick eyebrows that were pastel lavender. He had short wavy hair that was also pastel lavender, and his eyes were even pastel lavender, except they had a bright glow to them, making them look like two circle neon signs. Each of his ear lobes were pierced - he had small purple diamond studs in his ears. He ran his fingers through his hair and smiled at how soft his hair was. He liked soft things and since he thought highly of himself, his hair was just another one his favorite things about himself.
After he finished checking himself out in the long body mirror, finished raiding her fridge, her bathroom cabinet, and her phone, he walked over to her bedroom and started looking around. He could tell THAT man, Devon was in this room. He wondered how often they got together and if Devon would go away willingly or if he had to do something about him. Pushing that thought aside, he noticed a neck tie that obviously wasn't Arcanas on her bedside table. He rolled his eyes feeling even more annoyed at how close another man has gotten to HIS Arcana. Looking at her bedside table, he opened the drawer and noticed a small heart-shaped rock. That made him smile. 'My love. She still has it.' That seemed to be enough for him to ignore the neck tie that was on her bedside table. Feeling satisfied with that, he walked back over the balcony and sat down. Waiting for Arcana to wake up.
