Chapter 7: The Secretary in Bed
"So, what happened after that..."
He stared intently at her face.
"What happened next?"
Why is he asking what happened next? He should know well enough what happens when a man is alone with a woman in a secluded room.
Alexander had never done or said anything to embarrass her before, but today he spoke and acted out of character several times.
"Beth... please step outside first."
"So, last night's s*x was real, not just a dream?"
He continued to look at her.
"And the woman who was completely uninhibited with me was Jessica."
