My therapy and mental health issues isn’t known by a lot of people. Aside from me, my parents, Adelaide, Noah, Manang Shy and Faye. I’m not shy or afraid to talk about being in therapy, but I want most of the things about me in private.
I became closed off to other people. Sumasama na lang ako minsan pero uuwi rin ako agad. Usually, sasama na sa akin umalis si Adelaide whenever we’re with some of our friends pero I always tell her to stay. Na hindi nya ako kailangan samahan.
And it’s been too long since we met with them. Kaya nga nagulat kami the last time when I saw that Maddie and Ariel got back together.
And I don’t know what to say or feel knowing na alam iyon ni Raius.
