The Hybrid Princess (completed)

THE CHALLENGE

CALEB POV

After receiving the information from anna, her parents and I took of to the bunker. I have to say is either they weren't expecting to be broken into, or they have poor security because, it was way to easy to cross the border. As we got closer to the bunker, I picked up a scent that I knew all to well, that blasted blood sucker, Damien. After his fight with anna I never forgot his scent. We cautiously made our way to the bunker, her dad first, mom second and me behind, we were about to open the door when Damien opened it for us, he had this stupid smug look on his face that will piss of anyone.

"Well what do we have here, the parents and the mate", Damien said, as he moved closer to us, if anna didn't need this ass help, I would of killed him the minute I saw him. 

"What do you want Damien?", Asked Justin, as he closed his fist like he was ready to punch Damien.

"Nothing just waiting until 5:30pm to cause a distraction, you it was nice spending the night in the cell with anna, she looks so peaceful when she is a sleep",  He said looking at me but I already know what he trying to do and I'm not going to let him win. 

"I know, but the say part about this is you get one night I'm getting the rest of our life's", I said with a smile on my face, I knew I shut him up when he moved for us to enter the bunker. As all of us enter the bunker, we looked around and couldn't find the witch anywhere, Damien appeared out of no way and and started looking as well. After an hour of looking for the witch we made our way back outside. 

"Where the f**k is that witch?" Damien shouted, 

"Lower your voice i***t, we are in another wolf pack, you want us to get caught", Ruby said grabbing Damien by his collar, Damien was about to answer her when we heard people talking coming our way, we quickly climb the trees on the side on the bunker so they wont pick up our scent, as the people got closer we realize it was Jackson and the witch. Damien stiffened on seeing Jackson and I knew he was going to do something stupid, I grabbed his hand and stop him before he moved. He did move or say a word because Jackson and the witch was now under us talking and we head everything. 

"Alpha Jackson, make sure she drinks the blood with the potion in it, that way she will mate with you tonight, and don't forget I'm leaving tonight, I cant stay here know one of my powerful spell didn't work on her", the witch said smiling at Jackson, you could see she didn't want to stay she was anxious to leave. 

"Yes, I understand, now I have so much questions about what she could do, and I know for sure her family don't know much about her powers", Jackson replied very confidently, 

"How do you know that? they could be playing innocent", 

"No my mole is her close family member, he informs me every time they get information or get close to catching me, like today he informed me that they got a location on new property",

"OK well good you have an insider, now if you will excuse me I need to pack",

I watched Jackson walked of and I could feel the rage from my wolf, he wanted what was ours, she is our mate and no one touches her, but what shocked all of us was who is the mole and that conversation was with only close relatives. I knew at that moment that staying at that pack house wasn't the best for Anna and I. Once we knew Jackson was no way close to the dunker Anna parents walked in and started closing the door,

"What the hell are you doing", I whisper yell at them. Her dad gave his wife and nod and she took of to look for the witch and then he turn to us.

"Damien you do the distraction, Caleb you bring the elder and keep an eye out this man don't play by the rules", Justin said closing the door before we could even reply to what he said. I let out a sigh and then started walking toward the back of the house with my hoodie over my head hoping no one sees me. I have no idea where Damien went and to be honest I don't care as long as he stay away from my mate I will be fine. After a while I saw a man in a robe walked on stage and started preparing the table, I stood there watching his every move when I felt someone behind me, I turned to see Ruby rubbing blood of her hands.

"Is it done?"

"Yes and we have parts to show"

I looked at her wide eye and she was just calm like she did those stuff before. I open my mouth to say something when a guy walked passed us and bump me on my should, I looked at the guy and saw he had two puncture marks on his neck, I turned back to where he was coming from and I saw Damien walking out with about twenty plus vampires, talk about back up. Ruby and I turned to walk up to Damien and his little vampire army, when he shock his no and pointed his head toward the stage, and that's when I saw her she was looking so beautiful in that white dress, it fitted her perfect, her make up was minimal, everyone knew she hated make up but what caught my attention was the way he was holding her hand. I was furious, I wanted to walk up and break his hand, but someone in the crowd shouted something causing me to pull out of my rage and pay attention. 

"We want to hear from her before she takes the position as Luna", someone shouted from the back, the rest of the crowd seem to agree, I could the puncture marks on the mans neck I turn to look at Damien who had a smile on his face, so I'm guessing this was his distraction. 

"OK", she said as she walked to the edge of the stage, I could see her eyes scanning the crowd, then she locked with mines I could get lost in those eyes, after confirming that we indeed dwelt with the witch she looked over to Jackson and spoke the word.

"I ANNALISE ELIZABETH SHAW CHALLENGE YOU ALPHA GAVIN MICHEAL JACKSON TO A DEATH MATCH FOR YOUR TITLE AS ALPHA OF THE ROUGH PACK". 

After she spoke those word I turned to look at her mom who was glaring at me, I just shrug my shoulders and looked over to Damien, his face was priceless, he was so mad you could see the pale vampire becoming red. I wasn't worried I knew what she was capable of, after a few minutes of him picking up his jaw on the floor he finally spoke but she was ready. 

"Do you really think that you can beat me and take over my pack, are you crazy", Jackson said while he was laughing

"Are you scared", she snapped back

"No I just don't want my Luna dead", he replied with a smirk on his face.

"I will never be your Luna now accept or handover your pack", she said using my Alpha tone, hers was stronger than most alpha because of her blood line, which means they have to summit. 

"I GAVIN MICHEAL JACKSON ACCEPT YOUR CHALLENGE TO THE DEATH". 

Perfect, everything is going according to plan, we all watched as they made there way to the center of the field. I looked at crowd and spotted the elder I had asked to watch the match to make sure it was legal.

ANNALISE POV

As we all walked to the center of the field, I could hear the men laughing about a woman taking on the Alpha, I looked at Jackson as he took of his jacket, un-button his cuffs, took of his shoes and walked back I the center. I however wasn't going to do anything to my dress I was planning on shifting and ripping it. Jackson waste no time, he started circling me like a predator looking at its prey.

"You shouldn't of done that princess, now I will have to find another Luna", Jackson said looking at me with pure rage, anger and disappointment. 

"That's if you win", I said not taking my eyes of him.

"I know I'm going to win, how about an a little encouragement, bring him out", Jackson said, but bring who out, what is he doing? I stood there looking as the guards brought out a bloody man and throwing him on the ground as I looked closer I saw Austin. 

"AUSTIN", I shout trying to run to him but was stopped when Caleb link me.

"ANNA STOP, THE MOMENT YOU STEP OUT YOU LOSE", Caleb shouted, I stopped immediately and turn to looked at a very amused Jackson. 

"You see I found it strange this morning when he showed up, I told him we were moving but how did he know we where still here, and making things better the only people that knew the Luna ceremony was today was only the people on this compound, so how he he find out?" Jackson said as he move to stand behind me, I could feel his breath on my neck but all I was concerned with was Austin, I let out a breath and turn to Jackson who has a smirk on his face but it faded quickly when I smiled at him.  

"You, Jackson is very predictable, I knew you would try something that's why I put plans in place as well", I said looking at him, before he could ask I shouted "DAMIEN", and was all it took Jackson face dropped, in a second Damien came with over twenty vampires. "Damien take Austin away and put a perimeter around the fight I don't want anyone interfering", I said and Damien nodded not before giving Jackson a death glare.

"So shall we, now that everything is out", I asked and he nodded he looked more determined no to win this fight, and I, now have a renewed purpose to fight. Jackson and I circle each other waiting for someone to throw the first punch, Jackson threw the first punch, I blocked, the second was a left right combination, which I blocked and it started like that, after a few minutes of defensive block I landed a power one on his jaw, he stumble and looked at me with his eyes black I could tell his wolf was trying to take over, he ran toward me and jump shifting mid air landing on top of me, sinking his teeth into my shoulder, I screamed at the pain but quickly recovered using telekinesis, pushing him forward and throwing him. I ran shifting and jump on him snapping at his throat but he quickly moved and shift back into human, I moved to jump on him, he then put his hand up and hit me with a blast, I fall all the way back to the end of the circle almost falling on one of Damien's Vampire, he bent down to help me up but I shake my head saying no. I looked over to Jackson you had shifted back into his wolf, we both ran toward each other and Caleb voice came through the link,

"When he reaches close shift slide under him and double back, shifting back into your wolf and land on his back", 

I did exactly what Caleb said and handed on him snapping the bone in the middle of his back, I put my paw on his neck, but I couldn't kill him yet I need him to tell me who was helping him in the pack, I shifted and press my foot against his neck.

"SHIFT", I command 

"This isn't over", Jackson said after he shifted on the ground. 

 "It is, now tell me, who is giving you information on my pack?"

He laid there laughing, like he had the upper hand, I knew I didn't much time because his healing will happen quicker than and average wolf, so I pressed my feet harder, then I heard him say the one name that will throw me of my game, 

"COLIN", he choked out. 

"NO, your lying", I screamed at him, but he laughed, I moved my foot of his neck and stumble to the ground, could it really be true, could my cousin betray me after everything we have been through, but why, is it for the Alpha position, I don't want it, I knew my father wanted Colin to have it so how could he betray me like that, knowing I will always follow my parents wishes, I was so lost in thought I didn't realize Caleb calling me and Jackson moving on the ground until I felt the knife through my stomach, the same silver knife he keeps using, I turned to look at him and he had a smirk on his face like he won, he bend down to me and said,

"I told you, don't test me",

"Is it true, is it really Colin?"

"Think about it, every family meeting is Colin there, every time you all made plans, was either his mate or him there, think about it princess", he said as he stood and turned to the crowd, They taught you how to fight, how to plan, how to use your powers but they never taught you to think logically, or to read people around you, they played you, they played with your trust you are so gullible, so easy to trust people around you, to bad you chose this option because now I will destroy your pack with out thinking twice", he said as he walked back looking at me, what he said was true, I trusted to soon, I was a fool but that doesn't mean that more people have to die because of me, I stood up, pulled the silver knife out of my stomach and looked at a very confused Jackson. 

"I maybe all those things, but one thing I'm not allowing you to do is destroying my pack", 

I lift my hand, making the sliver knife float and send the silver knife flying towards Jackson, it struck him straight in the heart, he feel to his knees and asked "how", I walked toward him and bend down close to his ears and whispered "Silver has no effect on me, you lose", with that he fell laying flat on the ground and bleed out, 

After watching him bleeding out and making sure he died I felt someone cover me, I looked up to see my mom with a smile on her face, 

"I'm so proud of you", she said smiling at me, we were about to walk out the ring when the crowd started to growl, and a guy step forward.

"This was an illegal fight, there where no elders present, so that doesn't make you our alpha, that being said the title of alpha with go to the Betha with is me", he said as he stepped into the circle, I didn't need to answer as the elder Caleb brought came forward.

"This is a legal fight, I am elder Philip and I was asked to observe this fight, however, Alpha Jackson lost the minute he used the silver knife, so the new alpha of the rouges is Miss Annalise Elizabeth Shaw", elder Phillip said as he stood next to me. After elder Phillip spoke, everyone bow there heads showing there submission, I quickly left the right to find Caleb and Austin, what I wasn't expecting was seeing they all where being held down by Damien's men. Caleb, my dad and a very badly beaten Austin were being held down, I walked closer to them, when I heard Damien yell "STOP" , I stopped and looked at him, this seriously cant be happening now, I cant lose any of them especially when I found out my own blood betrayed me.

"Damien, what are you doing? we had a deal?"

"Yes, we did, that was until Jackson died, now I will let you chose two but one have to die, I need you to understand that even though we had an alliance for a couple of days that I still mean war, I do agree with Jackson, the humans are weak, why should we be hiding from them, they should be hiding from us, they only cause destruction, its time they know who really have power here," Damien said as he walked and stood next to my family, how does he expect me to chose, I cant do that, my mate, my dad and my trusted friend, no I wont choice. 

"You are wrong about the humans Damien, they maybe look weak but when they stand together amazing things happen, yes they are some bad ones but not every vampire, werewolf or witch is good, there will always be bad when there is good, I will not let you or any supernatural creature harm them and if it means fighting till my last breathe then that is what I will do, as for my family you will leave them and leave here before you and Jackson have a reunion in hell", I said as I could feel the hybrid merge in me, I could feel the Lycan and vampire at the same time, the power that was running through me was fuel by the anger, hurt, and betrayal I felt, I could see his eyes widen as I started to transform in front of him. In one swift move I saw Damien slit Austin throat and that was it, all I saw was red, In one quick move I ripped the heads of the vampires holding down my family, I was about to attack again but Damien and the rest escaped, I rushed to Austin only to realize he want breathing, he wasn't moving, he was getting cold, nothing slowing life, no no no, this cant be happening.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AUSTIN", I screamed before everything went black.
