Meet the Pack

SELENA'S POV

We drove for four hours before we started down a very long driveway. I gasped when I saw the pack house which was a mansion. A HUGE mansion. There were other single to double family homes all along the land. I saw a huge lake and what seemed to be a lake house at the end of the land. It was about 200 acres of land. Maybe even more.

"Do you own all of this?!"

Alexandria started laughing. It seems I amuse her.

"My dear, WE own all of this. All 350 acres including most of the woods is our land. As tradition, the land is passed down to the Alpha and Luna. You my dear, are going to be the Luna. Luna Selena, that sounds nice, doesn't it?"

I nodded and took in the view, from the multi-million dollar mansion to the very nice individual houses for all of the others that don't live in the mansion. From the woods to the lake house. From the agricultural fields to the stables. They had horses, chickens, and pigs.

"Are we meeting your family immediately or do I have time to shower? We've been in this car for hours."

Alex chuckles and I move to straddle her giving her kisses all over her jawline and neck. She starts laughing as I tickle her sides.

"I'm glad I can amuse you! Now answer my question, you big dork."

"We can sneak through the back door and take the elevator to our room instead of the stairs. That way, we can shower and change before you meet your in-laws. And, I can't help the fact that you're so adorable. Your adorable tendencies do amuse me."

She kissed my forehead and then exited the car. I guess we already stopped and Liam was distracting her parents. She puts her index finger to lips as if to tell me to be quiet. We run to the back door and enter a mansion that looks absolutely magnificent on the inside and outside. Then, she pulls me in the direction of the elevator. The head chef catches us on our way and Alexandria whispers to the chef.

"Don't tell my parents or my sisters. We just wanna show before we see them."

The nice lady nods and pretends to zip her mouth shut. Alex mouths "thank you". We go in the elevator and I notice there a 10 buttons. That means there are 10 floors. I gasp and Alex chuckles to herself. The doors open to hallway right outside a set of dark oak double doors. Alex grabs the handles to both doors and turns to looks over her shoulder at me.

"You ready?"

I nod and she opens to the doors to reveal a gorgeous room that's painted a deep ocean blue with black trim. I'm guessing those are her favorite colors. I take in the sight of a king sized canopy bed with a wolf carved into the wood of the headboard. The canopy is black and the bed has a faux fur black comforter and a faux fur dark brown throw blanket. there are two bedside tables that are oak with crystal lamps on them both tables have 3 drawers.

The floor was carpeted with short ocean blue carpet and had a large fluffy rug that was black. There was another set of double doors and a sliding barn door.

"Where to those lead to?"

I said as I stepped towards the double doors at the far corner of the room. I opened them and saw a spa-like bathroom.

"That's the bathroom, love. This barn door opens to the walk-in closet we'll share."

She opens it to a completely separate room filled top to bottom with all kinds of clothes, shoes, jewelry, and makeup. I gasp and she laughs at me.

"What's so funny?"

"Nothing, you're just cute."

I quickly undress and jog to the bathroom.

ALEXANDRIA'S POV

"Evening, Alpha, who is this?"

"Evening, Samuel, this is you future Luna. Say hi, Selena."

I utter the smallest "hi" and we head towards the dining room. Alex puts one arm around me and squeezes. When I flash her a nervous smile, she stops in the doorway, pulls me close and kisses me in a deep, loving way.

I hear someone clear their throat.

"Is this her? She's so beautiful! girls go say high to your soon to be sister-in-law."

The woman who said that was the spitting image of Alex except for her age and height. Two younger girls, looking to be twins with lighter hair and hazel eyes come to hug me.

"Hi, I'm Helena and this is my twin, Hazel. We're twins. We're in 10th grade. We have another sister named Tiffany who's 6. We've all been dieing to meet you!"

A shy little girl who looked like she didn't really fit with the band of brunettes was hiding behind the mother's legs.

"Nice to meet you girls." I look from them to Tiffany. " You must be Tiffany? Wanna come say hi, sweetie? I have a cool trick to show you."

She slowly inches towards me. She's covered in freckles like the others with pale skin, but she has deep auburn hair and blue eyes.

T: How are you doing this? Are you a psychic?

S: Yes, but I'm also something called an empath. I can send you feelings and read yours. I can also read minds and talk to you through touch. My Psychic side gives me the ability tell each person's near future.

T: That's so cool! Can you send me a happy feeling?

S:Sure can, just a sec.

I send her the feeling of happiness in the smell of ice cream and the touch of hugs.

She's realeases a breath that she probably didn't know she was holding.

ALEXANDRIA'S POV

I don't what she just did to my sister, but she seems happier.

"What was that?"

I whispered to my smiling mate. She leans into me and says, "Tell ya later."

She sets down Tiffany and my dad introduces himself to Selena.

"I'm Ronan and this is my wife, Rosalind. We're so happy that Alexandria found you."

He shoots me a "you're in trouble" look and waves us over to the table. We have a huge feast and a lot of the inside group of the pack join us. Around 8:00, we go back to our room and I turn on the tv. I hand Selena the remote and tell her to turn on whatever she wants. She grins from ear to ear.

"Are you gonna join me? I might need to cuddle."

"No, baby girl. I have to go meet my father in my office. I'll be back in about an hour. Okay?"

I could smell her arousal at the nickname and I wanted so badly to stay with her. I gave her a quick kiss and left. When I got to my office, my father was sitting in my chair as if he was still in charge. He had no respect for my authority.

"What's the problem?"

He stands and moves so I can sit down. Reluctantly, I might add.

" The problem is that you brought home a woman. YOU'RE A WOMAN! What the hell, Alexandria?! You can't have offspring or an heir if you're the same gender!"

I calmly stood. " Do NOT tell me what I can and can't do! You are not the Alpha or the Moon Goddess. She would not have put me with a woman if modern science couldn't help us! Also, the ONLY reason you wanted me to be mated to a man is because you don't want a female alpha! "

"You're right, I don't want a female alpha. YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE A MAN!!!!"

I used my alpha voice, stood extra straight and tall.

"WHY DO YOU THINK I'M A LESBIAN?! YOU WANTED A SON, SO THE GODDESS GAVE YOU SOMETHING YOU'D HATE! SHE GAVE YOU AND THE PACK WHAT WAS NEEDED, NOT WHAT WAS WANTED! DEAL WITH IT!"

Anger was radiating off of me, like heat waves. I heard someone running up the stairs and down the hallway. It was Liam. He burst through the door ready to fight. When he saw the fight already going down, he paused.

"I. AM. THE. ALPHA! YOU WILL LISTEN TO ME!! NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! IF YOU CAN NOT ACCEPT THIS, YOU WILL BE STRIPPED OF YOUR PAST TITLE AND WILL BECOME AN OMEGA! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!

He challenged me and grabbed my arm.

"You will regret this. There will be so much backlash that you'll get overwhelmed. Have fun with your test tube baby!"

He exited the office without being excused and I plopped down into my chair. That was a lot of rage.

I made my way back to the room to lay with my lovely woman and when I walked in, I saw her butt naked on the bed. It was on!
