Episode 1: The First Shot
The rain fell relentlessly over the silent streets of Lagos, washing away footprints but never guilt. Under the dim glow of a flickering streetlight, a young investigative photographer, Daniel Cole, adjusted the lens of his camera as he searched for the perfect nighttime shot. The city seemed unusually quiet, and an uneasy feeling settled in his chest.
Suddenly, a sharp scream echoed through the alley behind him.
Daniel rushed toward the sound, raising his camera. As he turned the corner, he froze. A man lay lifeless on the wet pavement while a hooded figure stood over the body, holding a bloodstained knife. Without thinking, Daniel pressed the shutter. The bright flash illuminated the killer’s masked face for a split second.
The killer slowly turned.
Their cold eyes locked onto Daniel.
For a moment, neither of them moved.
Then the killer disappeared into the darkness with astonishing speed.
Daniel’s hands trembled as he looked at the photograph on his camera’s screen. The image was blurry, but one small detail was crystal clear—a silver ring engraved with the symbol of a raven.
He had unknowingly captured the only clue that could expose a powerful criminal organization.
Across the city, Detective Marcus Hayes received a call about another murder. As he arrived at the crime scene, he noticed the frightened photographer clutching his camera like it was his last hope.
Neither of them realized that this single photograph had just made them the next targets.
Far away, a wealthy businessman smiled as he watched the news of the murder unfold on television.
“Find the witness,” he ordered quietly.
“And make sure… he never takes another picture.”
