“…wait, you think I’m a vampire?” John questioned Holly, who for some reason had followed him home and was confident he was a vampire. “I saw your eyes glow, the way you took down Chad and his friends earlier…also you jumped down from the second without even a scratch there is no way your human.” Holly continued to argue that she was right.   John had a ‘really’ look on his face but inside himself, he knew she was on to something just arriving on the wrong conclusion. John was certain he was no longer human but he was also certain he didn’t have any cravings for human blood…at least he hoped so. Holly saw the look on his face and got annoyed that he was still hiding it, taking out her phone she continued her argument, “I even saw the bodies…” “what bodies?” John interrupted her his face showing his confusing which she thought was false. She opened her gallery showing the pictures, “I have proof you can’t deceive me.”   “These are from the party last night, remember…the one’s you drained of blood.” John grabbed her phone, “hey!” she let out a word of protest but John ignored her, she had his curiosity but the pictures had his attention. John was a hundred percent sure he didn’t go to the party last night but Jay did and John had a gut feeling Jay was involved.   The bodies originated from the party, Jay went to said party, Jay went missing and still was not found…worse even, he apparently went missing around the same time he got bit coincidences, I think not. “I got to go” with those four words John brought Holly out of his home then run off, “hey! my phone.” Holly shouted after him as he ran.   John was beginning to put two and two together ad he hoped to god, he was wrong, he really did…people going missing from the party, Jay going missing the same time he got bit, bodies drained of blood, John wasn’t a vampire that didn’t mean Jay wasn’t.   Jay had arrived before Kennedy’s door, for some reason she was the first person he thought of. He knocked on her front door and luckily, she was the one to open the door. “Jay!” she exclaimed the moment she laid eyes on him, “I was worried about, I looked all over and asked everyone then the news about the bodies…I…I…was scared.” She began to sob, Jay moved to hug her but for some odd reason he could not cross the threshold, it was though there was some visible barrier before him.   Jay stood there confused but Kennedy took notice oh his strange behavior, “what are you doing come in.” Jay decided to try once more but this time it was as though the barrier before was nothing but an illusion. Jay followed after, Kennedy tried asking about what happened but the image he saw in the mirror flashed through his mind…he deflected the topic.   After talking for a few minutes Jay and Kennedy were making out. Jay didn’t know why but it was as though all his senses were dialed to eleven and the make out session felt way different from the ones before, it was the best he had ever had. His hands began to roam around her body but he felt his thirst return, he hurriedly stopped and retreated from her. Kennedy was confused, “Jay, what’s wrong?” “nothing” Jay turned away from her the veins had appeared on his face, he could he could feel his fangs and he knew his eyes must have reverted back to what he saw earlier in the day.   “I-I’ve got to go.” Jay turned to leave, Kennedy came up to him placing her hand n his shoulder “why? Jay tell me what’s wrong.” Jay paused, he took in her scent and he was intoxicated, this scared him because the scent did not just arouse his l**t…but his hunger as well. Jay shook her hand and rushed out “sorry.”   After stepping out of her house Jay sped away arriving at an ally, his hunger was flaring as well as his anger. He hated himself for even thinking of harming Kennedy he was deep in his self loathing when he heard a faint cry, it felt like someone was calling for help.   Jay followed the sound to its source, he found himself in front of a steel door. Jay attempted to open the door but it was locked, applying some force he ripped the door of its hinges. The act earned him a shrill scream from a girl who had a guy on top of her, with a few other guys surrounding her. It took  but one look to figure out what was going on.   There was a moment of silence before Jay rushed to the guy atop the girl and liberated the guy’s head from his body, his actioned earned him a new round of screams from everyone he looked at them and his veins and fangs where in full view for all to see. He wore a smile as he sped up a bit into a guy draining him of blood in but a few seconds he turned to the remaining guys who had fallen to the ground after their legs turned jelly due to witnessing the two gruesome murders. He just glanced at them and spoke two words before falling to his blood l**t…. “bon appetite.”
