Stuck With You.

"Nothing happened ok. I just slipped and h-he saved me." I calmly explained crossing my arms and trying to keep my heated face in control. "Saved you? With his lips?” He scoffs. “He's giving you CPR because you slipped?" He yelled. Dude! "Alright don't you think you're exaggerating?" I ask. Erza was in the back mouthing ‘A little bit.’ To which I tried not to laugh. "Get in the house Luce. You're drunk!" I rolled my eyes and turned to see Gray still staring at me, my cheeks heat up. Abort! I turned back to an angry looking older brother. Abort this one too! "Get in the house!" Jellal's voice demanded, "What is the matter with you? I was going to go in. But you're being an ass, so I won't." I hiccupped. "Lucy!" He shouts, he was really pissed now, half of me enjoyed what was happening, and the other half felt bad for him. But he needs to learn that I am not a child anymore and this treating me like a 5-year-old is getting pretty old. Erza grabbed for my brothers arm to tell him to relax. "Hey! Calm down don't raise your voice; she's drunk the best move right now is to calmly get her in the house." Erza walks over to me. "Come on babe let's go." She smiled her hand reached out to me. Erza is so nice, but right now I'm being a b***h. "I’m sorry Erza. I want to go see Lisanna." I stepped back and walked towards the driveway "Lucy get back here!" Jellal shouts as if we lived in the forest or something. Before I knew it, I felt tears stinging at the back of my eyes and I turned back to my so-called brother and said the 3 words I thought I'd never say. "I hate you!" I felt bad for our neighbors; we're getting an earful from them today. The cool winter wind blew against me and I shivered. I shoved my hand in my pockets, not paying attention to where I was walking, the air grew colder. My nose slowly starting to feel blocked I grew frustrated. Stupid brothers! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! I stomped my feet deep into the snow. "Why did mum and dad have to leave me with these two? I HATE THEM!" I screamed. "Eh?" I blinked, where the hell am I? Maybe going to see Lisanna was a bad idea. I heard a small little voice in my heard screaming 'Ya think?' "s**t!" I stopped in front of the reserve that we built a tree house on. Of course, the tree house is hidden somewhere in there and we didn’t build it. Lol. The pine trees that nearly reached the skies looked way scarier when I was a kid, taking a step towards the row of them, I membered this place quite well. Although its dark, the moon shone bright guiding me to where I was going. Finally, I stopped in front of a large oak tree, I smiled as I walked around it, I haven’t been here since my parents died and if my memories are correct...there should be a- My hands pushed onto a random bark and a large part of it opened for me, I chuckled to myself. "There is no way the boys built this." Slowly stepping into the inside of the oak, my eyes set on a ladder "It just isn't possible. My brothers aren't this smart." I snickered. I slowly climbed up reaching the top of the stairs and pulled myself up. It was warmer than the outside I made the right decision, hn its’ just like how we left it. a small old bed pushed up against the wall, the boys would always jump on, I missed those days. I sucked in a deep breath and continued to walk around. The place looked so deserted it's been so long since we last came, I halted in front of the wall across the bed, my eyes glued to the photos hanging on the walls. My hands reached to touch them. A photo of Natsu, Gray, Erza and me, we sat at the base of the oak tree it was summer, and we went to buy ice cream Natsu and Gray had a massive ice cream fight. Laughing at the memory my eyes darted to the group. Mum and dad, they stood in front of our old house, smiling. I squeezed my eyes shut and my breaths wavered, memories of them flashed in the back of my head. Come on Lucy. Not the waterworks! "I miss you guys." I whispered as I let out a sob. "I miss you both so bad." I hugged myself as I slowly backed away from the photos. I felt so tired and everything came rushing at me at once. "Oh god." shuffling towards the bed, I settled myself there and brought a hand to my head. "Oh, I don't feel too good." I groaned, I didn't care if there was dirt on the bed or how much dust it held. I just wanted to lie down, "I am a total mess." I mumbled "Yes, yes you are." "Ugh!" I tilted my head to the left seeing Gray climbing out of the entry hole "How?" I only ask. "Followed your tracks. You're pretty easy to find." He shrugs, he smirks as he looked around the place. "Wow, this place has not changed one bit." He blew a whistle as he roamed around the room and I wasn't even bothered to acknowledge him, tilting my head to look out the window. "Well, would you look at that." He takes a picture from the wall and laughs "I remembered buying ice cream and squashing it at the flame brains face!" He all but laughed, as he came towards me and sat beside me. "You alright there? You seem kinda-" "Dead?" I raised a brow. "I wish." he laughs, and I rolled my eyes. "We might be here for quite some time." he turns the photo in his hand over to the back, I raised a brow and shoot him a questioning look. "Uh, why is that?" I ask. "Oh, I slammed the doorway too hard when I came up here and a huge pile of snow is now blocking our only exit." He grinned. I laid there, speechless and that's when it hit me, I kicked Gray off the bed "Ouch!" He glares at me "Idiot." I mumbled as I closed my eyes. We are going to die up here, and no one will ever know. Great. Just great. Time passed by and I still can't sleep. No matter how I tried to close my eyes and dream of sheep I really couldn't. "You know. Your brothers are just looking out for you." Gray's voice broke the silence I longed to fall asleep to. "Tryna sleep here." I mumbled. "You're kind of a brat too." Gray chuckled and I felt a vein popping as I brought my leg up to kick him off once again. "You don't think I know that?" Gray stares at me dumbfounded "Then why keep doing it?" He asks annoyed "Because, it's been like this always." I sighed. "That's sad." He runs a hand through his hair, my eyes snapped open and I quickly grabbed for his collar pulling him towards me, our faces inches apart "This is the only way I can get them to talk to me." I snapped. "They're never home. Did you know that this the is the longest time I've talked to them?" I tilted my head; Gray didn't say a word. "You're not the only one who feels lonely."
