Toke cruised his Cadillac Escalade toward two slate-grey bungalows protected by a white gate. He rolled to a stop in front of the gate. Positioned unobtrusively on the wall on the right-hand side of the gate, a sign announced that this was Bovi’s Martial Arts Studio.
Leaving the engine idling, he glanced toward Kurt, in the front passenger seat. “When are you two going on a honeymoon?”
“In two weeks. To the Bahamas. Farida has some work she needs to deal with at One Plus One before we can leave.”
