FALL OF ASTERA(I)

Yu Yuan awoke to find Dwayne sleeping peacefully like a baby. She sighed and got off the bed to the kitchen and prepared breakfast which consisted of pancakes and toast,complimented with red wine.
By the time she was done setting the table,Dwayne had already waken and taken his bath. He came down to the living room,looking as fresh as olive. His white skin had some sort of red glow which made her worried.
"Morning babe" he greeted,planting a kiss on her lips.
"Morning babe. Dwayne,what is wrong with you?" She asked.
"What?" He asked.
She pointed at his chest and he looked below. He gasped,seeing the red glow emitting from his skin.
"What the f**k is this?" He asked. He panicked,knowing this had never happened to him before. He relaxed,thinking it was just a side effect of exhaustion from the ambush but he was wrong because this had never happened before,even when he fought the dark Multibreed.
"I don't know. I think we should see Zhang Chi" he replied and walked over to the dining. Then,it struck him. He now had Demon abilities.
"Um,Yu yuan. I forgot to tell you the good news." He said to her. She turned around and stared into his eyes,expecting him to continue.
"Go on" she said,frustrated with the fact that he was just staring like a lifeless creature.
"Well when I was at the hospital,Alpha Alfred gave me a this" he said,showing her the ring on his index finger.
"Okay?" She eyed.
"It's a ring that harnesses Demon abilities. If I put it on,I become a Demon but it won't be through the normal,painful and heartless transformation." He explained.
"That explains the glow" she stated and settled on the chair.
He also joined her and they began to eat.
"My,this is delicious" he complemented.
"Aw,thanks" she giggled.
After that,silence reigned.
"So babe,what do we do now?" He asked,breaking the silence.
She stopped eating and looked up at him.
"I dunno. Oh,there are still infected citizens that need to be contained" she replied.
"Oh,that's right. So,how did you stop the minions?" He asked.
"Well they splitted in two,causing a the team to split up. Lee and Yao took on the weaker ones while Stan and I took on the much more powerful ones who even formulated a combination that only a magic wielding Dragon could take out." She explained.
"So how did you do it?" He asked,eager to know all that had happened.
"Dr Sue" she stated.
"Yeah,she's dead. What's up with her name?" He asked.
"No. I meant Dr Sue saved us. She is a magic wielding Dragon and helped stop the minions." She clarified.
"But she's dead"
"Not really. She fooled the minion" she chuckled and continued her meal.
"That is crazy" he chuckled and also continued the meal.
They both finished up at about the same time and did the dishes,then tidied the house up.
In two hours,they were done and took a very long bath together.
"I think you should go to the store today. It's been over a week since you've been there last" she told him as they dressed up.
"You're right. But I still have to inform the guys that I am back" he replied.
"Yeah,so call them on your way to work. I've got a hotel to run" she stated and buttoned her shirt up.
"Oh yeah,hotel manager" he chuckled and kissed her. Then they headed outside,to their respective cars and drove off to work.

Abel awoke early that morning,feeling a slight headache. He got off his bed and headed to the bathroom. While he was taking his bath,he felt an urgent need to sneeze and he did. This resulted into him teleporting in his bedroom and Ella was already there,serving him breakfast.
She gasped in embarrassment and shock,then awe,seeing his...you know.
He rushed into the bathroom and continued taking his bath till he felt he was fresh enough. He dried himself off and strapped his towel around his waist. He finished everything necessary and wore his clothes.
Ella was still in the bedroom,obviously done with her task but she waited.
"Abel,I want to talk to you" she said.
"What is it?" He asked and faced his meal.
"It's about the challenge Odius issued yesterday."
"So? What's wrong with it?" He eyed.
"I have a bad feeling about this. I feel something bad is about to happen" she continued. He chuckled then sighed.
"Why are you being scared? Are you scared I'll die?" He asked.
"Yes" she replied.
"Well,I ain't dying. So,don't worry. All I need is your support" he assured and dived into his meal.
"Is mom aware?" He asked.
"Yes she is and I'm sure she isn't happy about it" she replied and made to leave. She was at the door then she stopped and turned around.
"Abel" she called in her always soft voice.
"Yes?"
"Thanks for everything. Thank you so much" she appreciated and left the room.
Abel wondered why she said that and continued his meal. He tried to reason with what she said but his Supernatural side was controlling him. He was hell bent on that battle and wasn't going to bail out in the last minute.
As he finished his meal,he felt the urge to sneeze again and he did. He found himself in the hallway he had seen his father but it was just normal.
"Weird" he said and teleported outside his bedroom.
"Hey Abel" James greeted,smiling.
"Why are you smiling dude?" He asked.
"Well,you're about to kick some ass today" he replied and Abel chuckled.
"Seriously?" He questioned.
"Seriously."
They both set out of the palace,thinking. Abel on his own hand,was thinking about his approaching duel while James just thought about his experiences in the army.
They got to the training ground,only to be dismissed by General Michael who only advised Abel,telling him to not mess things up.
This left Abel much more confused. He had expected his mother or the General to stop him but they didn't.
For hours,he kept training,utilizing every skill and ability he had learnt so far. According to James,Odius was a very powerful warrior who could stand against Doom if given a chance.
He was sweating,concussing plasma balls when he sneezed. He suddenly found himself in a bathtub. Seated in it was Ella in her natural form,basking in the coolness of the water.
"What the hell?" She yelled in shock,feeling the sudden startle and heat emitting from him.
"I'm sorry. It's an accident" he apologized,got off and shut his eyes.
"I respect the fact that you are the Prince and that we are friends but this is too much. How can you just appear in my bathtub while I'm naked? You did this earlier today by appearing naked. Are you trying to get me laid?" She snapped.
"No,I won't do anything of such. I don't know what's wrong with me today. I've been teleporting to places unnecessarily" he replied.
"So,you're making lies up now?" She questioned. Her temper began to rise for a reason he was oblivious to.
"I swear I'm not lying. I think I need help. Someone did this to me" he explained.
"So? I don't give a f**k. You've decided to fight Odius and now you're having doubts. I thought you were bent on fighting him,but now,you aren't. You've probably heard of his onslaught against the Multibreeds" she said. Then,he understood why she was angry. He didn't listen to her earlier but what she had just told him,made him scared.
"But I'm a warrior. I shouldn't back down from a fight" he protested.
"I know but you are the crown prince. You are destined for greatness. You are the only version of you to survive the first test and you are about to end yourself before facing your real test.
Tell me,do you want mother to be sad when Odius kills you?
Or what do you expect your friends to do when they hear Doom killed you? What about your girlfriend?
What about me? Don't you care about me?" She asked,tears began to stream down her eyes.
He walked towards her and wiped her tears.
"Trust me. Nothing bad is going to happen. I'll defeat Odius and make sure Doom follows. I wouldn't f**k up" he assured.
"Sure?" She asked,looking up to him.
"Yeah,I'm sure" he reassured and stared at her eyes. The color captivated him and drew his head closer.
"You know you're beautiful right?" He asked,breathing on her face. She managed to smile and shook her head.
"Liar,I'm sure you told Sharon that" she replied.
"Yeah but you are beautiful and I mean it. I know it's wrong loving you when I have a partner but I can't resist you. I'm attracted to you." He responded. She felt her spine chill and her legs became wobbly.
She couldn't believe they were this close. There was barely an inch between them and the coolness of the atmosphere wasn't helping matters.
"So,does it mean you love me?" She asked.
"I love everyone" he replied.
"Answer me" she said desperately. She knew he was teasing her and she couldn't take it anymore.
"Yes. I love you Ella" he said and she leapt in excitement. Instantaneously,their lips connected.
He felt a tingling sensation in his body and this also affected her.
Then,the sensation became warmer,pushing them into levels of lust. He lifted her and she climbed him,wrapping her legs behind him. They kept kissing and he opened the door,then found themselves in the bedroom. He walked over to the bed and fell on it with her.
They continued kissing,digging deep into the sensation of lust.
Abel felt a link with her,it was the same link he had felt with Sharon but this was stronger. He wondered if that was because they were in a world of Supernaturals.
The kiss was intensifying and she made to pull his trousers down when he stopped. He opened his eyes and realized what they were doing.
"Oh s**t. What happened?" He asked.
"You confessed your love to me" she replied.
"But we just made out and were about to.."
"Damn,this shouldn't have happened" she cut him off and wrapped a towel around her body.
"Well,it's an accident so no problem" he chuckled and sat on the bed,staring at the ceiling.
"Abel,I know you didn't like what just happened but are we...one?" She asked.
Abel looked at her for a moment without saying a word.
"Yes...Babe" he replied. She excitedly pecked him and left him alone to complete her bath.
He just stared at her,confused. He had felt Sharon was his life partner. He felt she was his mate but that now seemed fake because he felt a much more deep link with Ella and could not fathom why.
He shrug his shoulders and awaited Ella.

Doom appeared right in front of the deserted part of the border. Unlike the previous visits,it was daytime and he awaited confidently.
The soldiers did not bother patrolling the area because they were sure there was going to be no incidents occurring.
"It took you so long" he called out to his spy who walked slowly from a distance.
"You just arrived,there is no need to be dramatic" the informant replied and neared the barrier.
"So,any updates?" Doom asked.
The informant sighed and looked up,as if trying to find an answer in the sky.
"Well..the poison is working well and I can also control its effect." The informant replied.
"That's good. I have the Dyches where I want them. All that is left is the perfect time" he replied.
"Then strike" the informant yelled.
"We have to wait for Abel. He is the only one that can c***k this barrier" he explained.
"Oh,that explains your carefulness. He is at his new girlfriend's place,probably finding that spark before leaving forever" it replied.
"That,definitely is cute but it is also sad that today marks the last day Astera would stand solidly" he said.
"So. A toast to the fall of Astera?"
"To the fall of Astera!"
