Betrayal

- YOU STUPID PIECE OF s**t!!! - Alpha Joe hit the pack doctor on the chest, throwing him to the other side of the room leaving his way empty.

- aaaaahhhhh!!!! - Elyon yelled when she was yanked out of the bed from the ankle 

- YOU ARE WORTHLESS!!! - Ali was slammed to the floor as she was still holding her mother's hand - WHY WAS I MATED WITH YOU?!!! - he yelled hitting Elyon making her roll all over the bedroom floor. 

All the Omegas were in the corner of the room crying hysterically while trying to awake the doctor, Alpha Joe was still holding in one paw the blankets that were his son when he kicked Elyon on the stomach, she yelled and a pool of blood started to grow on the floor.

- LEAVE HER!!! - Alice yelled standing from the floor and pushing him away from her mother

Alice was received by a hit from his father's claw that sent her to the floor again, she felt the impact and started to see red when Roderick, the Beta, entered the room and held Joe down so the next kick missed Luna´s belly. 

- I REJECT YOU!!! - Joe yelled while being dragged out of the room - YOU ARE BANISHED FROM THIS PACK!!! 

Everyone stood frozen in the place even outside everyone felt the Mate-Luna bond being shattered, Elyon looked at him broken, beaten, and bleeding and she fainted from the pain. Ali ran to her mother to hold her while she saw Roderick drag Joseph out of the room. 

Everything from there was a blur for Alice, an Omega went to her to help her stand up and she put something in her eye. The pack doctor with two Omegas went to Elyon to carry her out, before she could ask anything Nicki ran into the room with Beatrice, Ali's sister, Bea hugged her legs and Nicki put a robe over their shoulders and moved them to the other room. 

Nicole started talking with a few pack members that were in place, Elyon was moved to a wheelchair and went down inside the service elevator, Alice just had one eye to see around, she was almost deaf and a lot of black spots started to cloud her surroundings, she was holding Bea too hard, her little sister was crying with her face pressed against her t-shirt and she could feel the little pond of tears in her belly. 

Nicki pushed her into the service elevator as soon as it was up again and pressed the button so the rest of them could go down. A white wagon was waiting in the garage with the motor running and as soon as the door closed the van sped up. 

- Oh my goddess, oh my goddess - Nicki cried while she lifted the eye patch from Ali´s face - Ali, answer me, please, say something. 

- It hurts… - Ali mumble, she was about to faint, she could feel it - where is my mom? 

- Calm down, she is in another van on the way to the shelter - Nicki's face was full of sorrow, Ali lifted her head and saw all the members of the van with eyes full of sadness, an Omega moved next to her and started to fill a syringe with a clear transparent liquid.

- Allow me - said the Omega before putting the needle in her arm - this will take the pain away - she said, the liquid felt cold on her arm, and then she took out a clean bandage and moved to her face to clean it - let it take you to sleep - she said whispering when she saw Ali fighting the medicine to stay awake - We will take care of you. Alpha Alice. 

Alice opened her eyes wide and looked around to see all the members in the van lowering their heads to her. She realized she was laying on a seat with her head resting on Nicole´s lap when she found her eyes she gave her a deep nod and saw her fearless, Ali felt the loyalty of the pack members like a wave that bathe her completely, she saw a pack member rocking Bea in her arms while she was deep in sleep, Bea was only 7 years old, her mother was broken and banished, so Ali knew she had to be strong. 

Alice nodded her head to all of the members and put her head back in Nicki´s lap while the Omega kept working on her face. The last thing she felt before going black was that they were leaving the BloodMoon territory, all the members in the van felt pain when the pack bond broke but they were loyal to their Luna, and they were preparing for this moment. 

The two vans hit the road as soon as they were out of the BloodMoon territory, the pack, without them, had about 40 members, the rest were traveling with them. In the first van was Elyon with 7 members and the pack doctor trying to stop her hemorrhage, and; in the other one, Alice, Nicole, and Beatrice were escorted by the other 9 members. 

They traveled for 4 hours before reaching a big gate guarded by warriors, both in wolf and human form. The vans approached the gate and were met by a tall blonde guard with her lips painted black. The driver took out his arm to show her something and she made a sign to other guards to check all the passengers. They took out their wrist to show the guards a sign, they all had a red scarlet line tattooed on the inside of their wrists with two ancient letters in black, when they saw all they let them through. 

The gates open to a huge forest, the blonde guard said a quick “follow me” and changing into a big white-furred wolf led them to a path to the main house. When they arrived at the packhouse a tall man came out with an army of doctors. 

- Elyon!! - he yelled when he saw the pale figure being transported to a hospital bed to move her. Then, he saw Alice - OH MY GODDESS!! THAT ASSHOLE!! I WILL KILL HIM!! - he roars starting to change into his wolf form when a pair of arms held him steady from behind.

- Calm down - a sweet voice said - Everyone who is not injured come with me - a short kind-faced woman she said to the members joined outside the house

- I go with them - the pack doctor said as he rushed behind Elyon

- Me too - said Nicki while holding tight the gurney that held Alice

- Go with them - the woman said to him pushing him to follow the medical team

This pack was bigger than the BloodMoon one, they had over 2 hundred members and, for that same reason, they had a well-equipped clinic. When Ali opened her eye she was welcomed by a huge smile from Nicole and a big man that looked at her with arms crossed and frown eyebrows. 

- No... don´t touch it - said Nicki softly taking Ali´s hand away from her face - you will have to wear that patch for a few days

- How are you feeling? - the man asked her

- I´m in pain, where is my mother? - she said sitting on the bed with Nicki´s help

- She is in surgery, she was bleeding too much and have a few broken ribs from thanks to your father - he said almost growling

- HE-ISNOT-MY-FATHER - Ali growled between her teeth, but took her growl down when the man growled back at her and Nicki tensed up putting herself in between them to defend her - Who are you? - Ali asked whispering

- I am Alpha Caleb Hale - he said roughly - I am Elyon´s brother

Nicki and Ali looked at him in shock, none of them knew that their Luna had a brother. A doctor knocked on the door cutting the tense silence to announce that Elyon was stable but under an induced coma, she lost so much blood that she almost had an organ shock, they wanted her body and wolf to restore energy before waking her up. 

- Also… - the doctor mumbled - we had to take out her uterus - the doctor said looking down in grieve - she had her last child via C-section and this one they pushed her to deliver a natural birth, we couldn´t stop the bleeding as her insides were torn apart. 

All of them breathe in pain and Ali understood that she almost lost her mother that day. “She is okay now, everyone needs to rest” the doctor finally said before leaving the room with Alpha Caleb. Nicki hugged Ali and for a minute all went silent.

- You have to rest - said Nicki to Ali pushing her to the bed

- Are we safe? - she asked

- Yes, we are, they are allies - she showed her the tattoo on her wrist - We are you and Luna´s allies

- Can you stay with me? - Ali asked feeling like passing out again, Nicki nodded and jump into bed with her to hold her

- Of course, I am your Beta - she said while combing Ali´s hair - Go to sleep, Alpha Alice.
