XAVIER’S P.O.V
Arriving home late from our honeymoon, I had a shower first and got changed. “I’m going out for a while, I have from business to do” I informed Mia as she was making her way to our en-suite. “Oh, but Xavier it’s Saturday night” I could hear the doubt in her voice as I saw the disappointment on her face. “I know love, I’ll be back as soon as I can” I explained. “Okay, I love you” she said, but her eyes spoke differently, she doubted my loyalty, she thought I was going to cheat. “I love you too darling” I replied and left the room, but I didn’t leave the house.

“Hey” I greeted Diana as I entered the North wing and locked the door behind me. “Hi, good to see you after such a long time” she said, her sweet smile worn on her face. “Yes, I’m sorry that it has been so long”
