I had never expected she would seek me out or come close to me and to think she came to my home instead
"What are you doing here?" I questioned as I came down from my car
"I wanted to see you" she answered
"Okay, then why did you try leaving?" I questioned
"Like always, I got scared and..." She never completed her words as she just shrugged
"But it's late and you are far away from home" I reminded her
"I know. I am supposed to be at a friend's house right now. Since you saw me, will you invite me in or will I be sent away here at your doorstep" I nodded for her to hop in as I drove her inside.
"What should I offer you?" Lizzy looked shocked but happy to see me with Ashley, yes my very own little sister Ashley Greyson decided to visit at an odd hour
"A glass of water thank you"
