Again my parents left early to the pack house. So I ate my breakfast and went to the bathroom to take a shower. fifteen minutes later I was standing in front of the mirror putting on my Lacey bra and panties. I looked like a mature lady not some school girl just like Christinah said yesterday. The red lace matched my pale skin and I looked beautiful.
I kept my makeup natural and curled my hair at the bottom. When I'm satisfied with my face I put on my royal blue dress and the black pumps I bought yesterday. I looked ehmm... like Christinah would say "dashing".
On my way to the pack house I couldn't stop thinking about last night. I almost met my mate.
"Yeah we could have seen how handsome he is if you didn't run away last night".
"Blue please understand my situation I promised Caden I'll leave the pack. And besides I don't have to drag our mate into these."
"Well I don't think Caden wants you to go, I mean that guy adores you and you can't even see it".
"Just stop it there's no such." She just rolled her eyes.
The moment I walked in the pack house I was welcomed by various delicious smell. Wow this wolfs really outdid themselves the food were mouthwatering.
"Tris what are doing just waiting there?, come and help Christinah." My mom said dragging me to the kitchen.
"Are you getting lazy young lady get in here." This time it was Luna Emmaly. Wow Christinah is already here no wonder why I'm being scolded.
I started helping out. Christinah and I were busy talking about nothing and everything when Luna interrupted us by her bombshell question, I almost dropped the knife I was holding.
"haven't you found your mate already Tris?, I have always thought you and Caden are going to be mated but I guess I was wrong." She said while smirking. This woman!!!.
My cheeks were on fire. "No luna I haven't found my mate."
"liar". Said my wolf.
"Just shut it Blue."
"Your mate is going to be a very lucky man, it's not everyday you find a cultured and caring girl like you. He better take good care of you or he'll deal with me." Luna Emmaly stated.
Christinah was very quite, hiding her face so no one will notice her red face. She was not ready to tell anyone she found her mate. She haven't told Tris yet.
"Okay Luna can we stop talking about mates." I said sternly but not disrespectful.
"Oh my dear Tris you're still a prude"
"I need to use a bathroom." I said because things were starting to get heated. I was so embarrassed I couldn't be in that kitchen I needed to go outside for some fresh air.
I went outside, alpha Troy and Caden were welcoming the guests. Oh just my luck I bumped into Meagan aka the pack sl*t.
"Oh look who's here Aren't you supposed to be cooking or you want the alphas attention?."
I can't believe her she's the one walking around wearing next to nothing and now she has the guts to tell me I'm seeking attention wow just wow.
"Meagan look, I don't want to argue so leave me alone."
"You are ugly Tris so don't bother they won't even steal a glance at you."
"Whatever Meagan just live me alone."
"Okay bye granny some of us have to welcome the alphas into the pack."
She said while walking away with a very tight dress and her boobs were gonna pop out any minute.
I so wanted to slap that smug face oh gosh she's so annoying.
"Tris are you ok." That was Caden asking.
Wow the last time we spoke he was pissed at me and now he's holding my hand. Talking about bipolar.
"Yeah I'm fine just needed some fresh air." From the Conner of my eyes I could see Meagan glaring at me.
"Come let's go you can't sit here alone help me welcome the guests."
"What?!!! No I can't do that."
"And why not?."
" I'm not that important to be welcoming alphas."
"Nonsene come let's go." He was now dragging me. What is it today with people dragging me.
"Geez Caden slow dow...." before I could finish my sentence we heard the most piercing growl I've ever heard.
When we lifted our eyes, prince Tobias was launching at us his eyes flashing gold and black. People were also surprised of what was happening. I held more into Caden I guess that made him more angry. Caden looked at me dumbfounded. Before we knew it prince Tobias snatched me from Caden and hid me behind him growling at Caden. I was very stunned by his actions.
Then he said something I never expected.
"MINE"

Then he turned and looked into my eyes. Blue was over the moon she kept chanting Mate mate mate so fast like it was some kind of mantra. I got lost in those beautiful golden eyes and everything seems to disappear.
It was just me and him.
"Hi".
He said in a very deep voice and I couldn't respond I kept checking him out. Oh my he's so beautiful. Before I could come to my senses we were kissing and I didn't want this moment to end the sparks were shooting through my body and I was on fire.
"You're so beautiful" He said after breaking the kiss. I was a blushing mess.
I turned and looked at my mom and Luna they were not helping really. They looked like they've just watched some romantic movie. The heat on my cheeks was only increasing and Tobias was holding me so intimately it wasn't helping. Geez I think I'm going to die of this fire I'm feeling inside of me.
"I'm Tobias, what's your name?." Those words were rolling out of his mouth like he's some kind of a god with baritone voice.
My name is T... Tris I stuttered.
"Well Tris how about we find a private place where we could talk, and you can call me Four since you're my mate."
"Four like a number?." I asked with my head facing down, Geez why am I so shy.
"Exactly like a number princess."
Well that's wired but I love it, I couldn't say that outloud.
