My name is Tris! I'm seventeen turning eighteen next month. I'm a werewolf and my parents are gammas of Silverstone pack. As I'm turning eighteen I'm expected to find a mate and that's the last thing on my mind because I have other plans. It's not ideal for me to continue living here, I'm scared for my life. You may ask why?. The truth is I can't submit to my alpha. I know, crazy right? Even his aura doesn't  affect me. I wanted to relocate with my parents but they love it here. And besides they have pack duties to tend to, so I guess I'll have to go on my own. It started when I had a fight with the future alpha of the pack. I guess he was intimidated by a she-wolf who exudes so much power. He made me promise to leave as soon as I matriculate. I understood that I hurt his Male ego, as alpha to loose to a gamma is not normal. And I knew if alpha Troy finds out about this I'd be in trouble, so I had to agree with Caden the future alpha. Today I'm writing my final exam paper and saying I'm excited it's an understatement. After breakfast I went to school and  meet with my bestfriend Christinah.  "Hey Tris are you ready for our last exam paper?". she literally screamed.  "Ouch!!! geez Christinah calm down of course I'm happy."  "finally I'll be free and I can travel to where ever I want to go". She said giddily. "Well don't get too excited we still have a paper to write then afterwards we can celebrate". "I know... are you ready?."  "Ofcourse I am let's do this." Her excitement was rubbing on me. ********* Now I'm done writing my final exam paper, then I call Christinah to check if she's done writing.  "Hey Tris!! you done already?." She quickly answered my call. " yep let's meet at the parking."  "Okay be there in five." So hyperactive!!! "I can't believe we really done with high school." she squealed. " Yes we are dear!!." I said trying to sound as enthusiastic as she was. "I can't wait to spend the summer doing absolutely nothing." That's so Christinah!. "Well speak for yourself some of us have some packing to do."  "Don't you think it's too soon to talk about packing?" She said with a frown on her face. " I'll rather start now time flies before you know it colleges will be reopening." Having pack duties to tend to also doesn't help, I spend most of my time at the pack house helping my mom and it's not easy having to clean after those snobby people at the pack house its really infuriating. It's not our duty but mom insists. I also have to plan the events taking place in our pack and also make sure the guests are well served, it's really tiring. "Okay sister enough about that tell me more about the pack meeting the alpha summoned."  "Oh!! that. Apparently prince Tobias is going to grace us with his royal presence. he'll be attending the annual alphas meeting."  "Wow the prince is coming I can't believe this."  She saidwhile fanning her face. " Believe it he's coming.I also have to go to the pack house to help my mom preparing for the meeting. they are taking this very seriously and it's going to be hectic. I have to go Christinah see you later."  "Bye babe see yah later". I let out a very deep sigh. What a drama queen, but love her though won't trade her for nothing. ********** I changed my clothes, eat lunch and head to the pack house. I found my mom busy writing things down. I think it's the manu for the alpha's meeting. I don't know why is everyone making a fuss about the whole meeting. "Hi mom how was your day?."  I said feeling giddy, it's always a pleasure seeing my mom. That's how close we are. "My day is going fine dear thank you for asking how was your final exam?."  "I nailed it don't worry mom."  "That's my girl I'm so proud of you." She said while patting my shoulder. "So what can I do help." "You don't have to do anything how about you go shopping and find something nice to wear for the alphas meeting. I mean the prince will be here so you can't walk around here wearing rags." " My clothes are doing just fine thank you very much." "Oh dear I don't want you to look like sebastian from the little mermaid, you know that little crab guy." I can't believe my mom just compared me to a crab, wow just wow. " I'm sorry honey I just want you to look your best. I don't want the prince to look down on us, so take the money and tag your friend Christinah she can help with a thing or two." "Wow mom... now I don't have taste in clothes thanks for having faith in me. "note the sarcasm" "You can use my car and try to have some fun." " Whatever mom."
