An explosion erupted somewhere outside.
This caused all of us to flinch and bend our heads in the process. The sound echoed as it scattered across the entire park.
My eyes went wide with shock as I realised that it was coming from somewhere at the border.
What the f**k was happening out there?
"You all heard that right?" Bryan demanded as he glared around with wide eyes.
My heart began to pound as I looked from the healer back to Daisy. She needed to wake up now. We were running out of time.
"It sounds like it came from the border," Zac announced.
I stayed quiet and kept my eyes focused on Daisy.
"We need to go there immediately. People could need our help, our people could," Bryan pointed out.
