She shocked me first when she yelled at the caveman because of Kyle.
And she shocked me even more when she jumped into the water to comfort him. My wolf danced within my mind in confusion.
Why had she shown concern? Why was she going out of her way to do this? Were her intentions pure or she was only looking for another way to torment us?
What was her true motive?
"Get that woman out of the water! She's going to disrupt the ceremony! Take her out!" Mother screamed.
