Clara's POV I stared at the note for what felt like forever, reading the address over and over again. My hands were shaking slightly as I folded the paper back up. This was crazy. This was stupid. This could destroy everything. But I was so tired of being told what to do. I grabbed a light jacket and headed for the door. If I was going to do this, I needed to do it now before I lost my nerve. The walk to the neighboring pack's territory took about thirty minutes. I stuck to the back roads and avoided the main paths where I might run into other pack members. The closer I got to the border, the more nervous I became. I was about to trespass on another pack's land without permission. If their patrol caught me, they might attack first and ask questions later. But I kept walking anyway.
